Nov 29th 2011 5:03PM I like seeing an all in one launcher but it needs to be functional and I felt that the Station launcher was one of the best. It will be a shame if they don't port over those features....
Nov 29th 2011 4:59PM I logged in just to say that the article picture was hilarious! +1 billion Internets for that idea!
Jun 28th 2011 5:26PM As soon as I have the cash I will definitely sub up. EQ2 & DC universe are totally worth it. Plus they have some new titles down the pipe. May even invest time in EQ2X since i got a few friends there
Apr 14th 2011 9:30AM I get alot of EQ1 nostalgia when I play. I like that not all the roads are safe for travel. Crafting is very relevant to your character for the most part and not completely out matched by drop gear. I feel they do still need to add some more things but I am content for nowz.
Apr 8th 2011 7:30PM Shouldn't the title be "free to play again"? Played RO for a good while back when it originally launched. They decided to go pay and thats when I stopped playing.

Best game dynamic ever, player created factions. Eve Online's player created political blocks are 100x better than 2 or 3 factions... Though anything is better than two...
Dec 21st 2010 2:23PM Weird couldn't see the videos until I logged in....
Aug 30th 2009 3:54PM After watching the game play video and coming to the obvious conclusion that its is a complete and almost sicking clone of World of Warcraft set in the Star Wars universe with the only innovation being light sabers and deflecting bolter blasts my interest in this game is vastly diminished.
The sith warrior is a combination of a Warrior, paladin and death kinght. yay.... not. I was really hoping for innovation on the Galaxies level. But apparently not -_-. They are cookie cutting all their races and classes in a generic MMO style. This is a huge disappointment and any fan-boy that believes anything in this game as of date is innovative or somewhat impressive is in just as much denial as the fan-boys who play FF11 and think its a great game or that it fits with the Final Fantasy genre.
I am aborting my plans of reserving this game until I see further improvement. >_
Jul 15th 2009 6:48PM The posts above obviously have not played the beta much if at all. Fallen Earth's system is promising. Its in beta, of course its not gonna be perfect. The Dev's are extremly active at the current stage. All good things, the combat is fresh and a nice change of pace from the standard MMO. Any gamer with a real understanding of what to expect from MMO's would have a respectful appreciation for the type of game Fallen Earth is trying to be. so far it has a growing Mad Max appeal and may continue to only get better. Seriously do not trust the opinions of those above, I have been a dedicated MMO gamer of all genres and this is definitely one to watch out for.
Jul 15th 2009 5:45PM Nice, I know that place! Its Ungoro Crater right?!
Please, the game is a horrible cookie cutter WoWannabe. Take WoW and Guild Wars and merge it together. Their is absolutely nothing the game brings to the table that is new or enticing. The character cusotmization is rich and the characters are nice and detailed. But thats where it ends. The game is a glossed over world of warcraft enviorment. I mean like guild wars gloss. Thats it. The combat is slow and simple. Character development is pathetic and limited and so is the crafting.
You'd be lying to yourself if you tried to say this game was anything more. You'd be just another FF11 fanboy who refuses to admit the hype was wrong and your game is nothing like it was hyped up to be. I will admit that WoW was great in its hay day, but just like EQ1 it is dated, though unlike EQ1 it is also watered down and bent to the will of its most nagging minority of cry babies. If your looking for games with depth and promise try a bunch of the overlooked ones out atm, like Warhammer, EvE, and EQ2. Warhammer has one of the most dynamic and fun PvP systems I have ever used, the graphics are pleasent and the lore and quests are quite fun. EvE has the harshest most time involved system out to date, its world is the largest in existence for an MMO and its clientel are ruthless. EvE is not for the faint of heart. EQ2 is probably the most overlook MMO out currently, it has one of if not the most robust lore and quest system out, its crafting system is very similiar in scope. I could not explain in enough details how good EQ2 is compared to every other MMO, at least PvE wise. If you like PvP i recommend Warhammer.
New and upcoming games that may offer you a bastion of NEW. I can say Fallen Earth looks one of the most promising. Keep an eye out though. Newer games are on the way with promise of surpassing the old. ^_^
