Jan 28th 2010 12:42PM I beleive my Shadow Priest dps is in line with Shamans and Boomkins - but I don't believe Ret Pally's, Fury Warriors, and Deathknights are paying anywhere near the hybrid tax we are paying. My dps is as good as or better than other Shadow Priests with the same gear scores - so it's not a skill issue. The plate wearers with the same gear scores are consistently putting out 10-20% more dps than me (and more dps than pure dps classes).

May 4th 2009 9:44AM I list my priest as DPS in LFG even though my second spec is Disc. If the group is desperate for a healer, I offer up my services - but I'm definitely more comfortable in the DPS role. Flexibility over quality in this case. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't.
My Warrior is strictly tanking now. I've found that long stints as DPS severly diminish my tank sharpness. And let's face it, if a tank makes a mistake he's judged like an umpire at a little league game - hated by all the parents .... no win situation.
Breakfast Topic: If you could add game mechanic to WoW what would it be {WoW}
Apr 28th 2009 1:18PM Easiest fix to reduce flight path pain - double the speed. Flight paths aren't much faster than an epic flyer (and you could get close to FP speed with trinkets before lvl 71). Put some more incentive in to use the FP's in Northrend and BC by speeding them up. And would be a major time-saver in vanilla WoW.
