Aug 29th 2011 8:37AM That's funny... I stopped listening to metal a long time ago, but I was PvPing with my warrior the other day and felt inclined to blast Amon Amarth.
Jan 11th 2011 3:33PM Use regular Healing Wave more often. It is designed to be your go-to spell. I had the same mistake as well and would go OOM very fast. I only use GHW when a tank takes huge damage (like right before Stay Of Execution in H SFK) and then usually when i have the Tidal Waves buff. If i don't have the buff, then i use Healing Surge.
Jun 29th 2010 3:29PM What about Brannigan's Law? It's like Brannigan's love: hard and fast.
May 14th 2010 5:20PM I don't think the other posters get the humor in the second question...
Mar 22nd 2010 10:35AM @n-train: so what did you do with your crappy pants?
Jan 4th 2010 8:55PM I tend to disagree. My friend and I (warrior/priest duo) decided to queue up for some randoms one night. Apparently, some DPS in our guild were also queued in a group of three. A couple of randoms in, we were paired with our three guildmates. It was a nice little surprise, but despite being two of the best geared people in our guild, we aren't part of the "clique." Oh well.
Dec 20th 2009 9:26AM I started playing 4 years ago... I had read so much about the game in GamePro, PC Gamer, and other game magazines and I was curious. I played StarCraft and WarCraft III for a long time so I knew Blizzard made good games, but I couldn't see myself playing a dreaded MMO (they are for dorks, right?). Well, I bought it on a whim one day and fell in love. I even got my best friend (who was into D&D as a kid) from trade school playing and now we raid together with him tanking and myself backing him up with heals.

"I've been to Vegas more times than you, I'm sure of it, and I can say with some authority, it's a hellhole."
I've lived in Vegas more times than you, I'm sure of it, and I can say with some authority, it's a nice place.
If you hang around Freemont Street and most parts of the Strip, yes, it is a hellhole. A touristy hellhole. Much like any place with a large volume of tourists. If you judge the livability of a city by the tourist traps, you shouldn't travel anywhere because everywhere you go would suck.
But I went to high school, lived, and worked in Vegas for the greater part of seven years. It's a great town with a lot of wonderful people that get up, go to work, and come home to their families every day. Reminds me of everywhere else I've been in this country. Imagine that.
Sep 9th 2009 5:17PM actually, 315 is the poison hit cap. It's so high because poisons are considered "spells" through game mechanics. 99 is the special hit cap. keep in mind, these numbers all include 5/5 Precision in the combat tree.
May 8th 2009 8:50AM Well, I didn't get any of the achievements or pets (which I really wanted). I was going to do them all on Wednesday (at least the pet portion) when I got home from work... but my wife went into labor at 3:30 AM Wednesday morning and gave birth 21 hours later.
But it's okay because- real kids > WoW kids
