Shifting Perspectives: An Ulduar class preview, part 3 {WoW}

May 6th 2009 10:42AM Where's the mention to Starfall + glyphing it!!!!!!!

It helps enormously to be AoEing things while moving as well :)

Around Azeroth: And thus ended Noblegarden {WoW}

May 5th 2009 11:32AM Lol same. Horde kitty form > Ally kitty form. This pic wouldn't
look half as cool if those were alliance druids.

Tuesday Morning Post: Your cheating armory will tell on you edition {WoW}

May 5th 2009 11:30AM You know what sucks? Is that if I received that item in the mail I probably would have used it as well...

I mean...the temptation would be too great to NOT use it.

Patch 3.1 achievements round up {WoW}

Apr 14th 2009 2:16PM I'm the worst person ever at getting achievements.

I only like ones that involve downing raid bosses or getting gold, or having spent lots of gold.

I don't even have the Exploration achievements yet :(

Fail.

Shifting Perspectives: A 3.1 miscellany, part 2 {WoW}

Apr 1st 2009 5:27PM Agreed. At the beginning of WoTLK, I was one of the ones who didn't agree with taking Eclipse, and now I can't live without it.

Props to Allison for recommending Squawk and Awe; the addon itself should help you increase your DPS by a couple hundred if you use it properly, and using the correct spell rotation.

The T8 4PC bonus for balance is disheartening, the last thing moonkins need is another RNG-based mechanic taking part in our rotation, or something else we can miss. I was so happy when I learned of the T7 4pc bonus, since it was so perfect for us.

Great post Allison,

Guildwatch: A kinder, gentler GW {WoW}

Apr 1st 2009 10:58AM Thanks for the shoutout for . It is coming along nicely :)

Also, happy to see positive things on here, but drama is simply more juicy.

The state of Engineering in 3.1 {WoW}

Mar 31st 2009 1:41PM Yeah -- it already is changing.

It now has a chance to give you 250 spell power for x amount of seconds.

It seems to proc often enough, and apparently someone did the math and determined it is worth 77 spell power.

Good stuff to keep as a caster DPS, and really beats +23 haste.

The state of Engineering in 3.1 {WoW}

Mar 31st 2009 11:48AM May be true in live, but in 3.1 the tailoring cloak enchant will be equal to 77 spell power (forgot where I got the math), making it one of the most OP profession-enchants ever.

That's the reason why I am officially keeping Tailoring (I thought of dropping it for JC).

The state of Engineering in 3.1 {WoW}

Mar 31st 2009 11:47AM "Tailors can enchant their own cloaks (although my Tailor has no use for any of them) and offer thread for pants,"

Why doesn't your Tailor have any use for them? The only thing I can see is that you made a non-caster a tailor, but otherwise, the DPS Tailoring enchant is slightly better than +23 haste to cloak, and in 3.1 it is being buffed to OP status.

I'm not sure how well the healing Tailoring enchant is, but it doesn't seem to be too bad, either.

Please enlighten me?
