May 18th 2010 6:40AM Sign me up! :D (Does this go for europeans too?)
Mar 4th 2010 8:12AM Base Intellect is something like 100. I'll agree that Aura Mastery can be very useful, but spending 5 talent points to get 10 extra int, isn't very efficient. Personally, I went with Vindication and 2/5 Divine Intellect and 2/2 Unyielding Faith.
If you were dead set on getting to Aura Mastery, I would still suggest only 3/5 Divine Intellect and still 2/2 Unyielding Faith.
(Duration of all Fear and Disorient effects reduced by 30%)

Which just shows how much is wrong with a) the US patent system and b) the US judicial system.
It's a miracle anyone takes it seriously anymore... (oh, wait).
Jan 20th 2009 9:07AM Just going browsing through the replies only strengthens my belief that;
a) politics should stay out of WoW, and
b) 90% of all people really shouldn't be allowed to having any voting power.
Nov 20th 2008 3:00AM I'm leveling my alts first and put my main (prot pala) in the freezer for now. Considering my alts aren't geared in epics, I'm finding the leveling to be "just right". My druid is geared in level 70 quest rewards/S1 pvp gear and my hunter is geared in Karazhan-level gear.
Some of the other people in my guild (mostly the people leveling their mains) wearing T6 gear are breezing through everything. But I think blizzard did right in tailoring this game to the gear levels of the quest rewards at that specific level.
Simply put; It's stupid to design the game so that you need Tier6 gear before you can comfortably do the first Northrend 5-man instance.
And tbh, I'm happy with the new shorter instances. I work 40 hours a week, I go to the gym, I have a girlfriend (who thankfully plays wow too ;-) and have real-life friends that I like to spend time with as well. Having to spend ~2 hours on an instance run basically fills up your entire gaming evening like that.
Am I casual? Dunno, probably. But I still did Naxx pre-TBC and downed Illidan pre-Wrath. But personally, I like being able to play 15-20 hours a week, rather than having to play 40-60 hours in order to down the hardest bosses first (or at all).
Oct 28th 2008 3:47AM Tbh, I can understand the nerfs, though they're never nice to have.
In BT raids, my JoL heals more than some of the healers manage, and it's usually 2 ret pallies that are topping the damage meters now. (Though partially because we're actually trying, whereas the rest of the dps is still having to adapt to new talents rather than being able to faceroll to the top *coughWarlockscough*)
With JotW getting nerfed, maybe Seal of Blood and the accompanying glyph is worth using in PvE. With the initial change to SoC + Haste, SoC +glyph was doing more damage than SoB in raids, which just seemed kind of weird, tbh. I'm curious to see how the new holy bleed works out for DPS though. 40% of crit damage done, but only x2 crits.
Oct 9th 2008 9:26AM It's not just tired people. I notice this at my work too. Some people just don't care and want to close the case as quick as possible, without any hassle, so they can go on with the next one. For the most part, it's just people switching off and becomes apathetic.
Oct 8th 2008 8:55AM This, combined with all the sea-sawing of paladins in the current expansion (and previous ones) is the reasons why I'm dropping my paladin in favor of a hunter.
Sep 9th 2008 3:16AM At the moment I'm just selling my badges. I'm not sure whether I'll continue with my current main or whether I'm taking the opportunity of the gear reset to switch to an alt.
Either way, the badge gear will make little difference once we hit 80 and I'd rather have the gold to spend. At the moment, I'm exchanging 15 badges for epic gems and selling those for ~260-275g each. I'm also selling off my stores of Spellcloth, rare gems and assorted other crap I've gathered that I won't be using as part of leveling up later on. :)
