The Care and Feeding of Warriors: The homogenization factor {WoW}

Mar 1st 2010 12:46AM played a warrior tank since vanilla.

At the moment i'd have to say the most troubling part about being a warrior is YOU NEED AGRO. i mean sure this is at the core of what warriors are, but when you have a pally or DK going in and pulling agro before you've had a chance, you have nothing hitting you so no rage and no dmg from Damage Shield.

With cleave, TC and demo i can hold 90% group agro over other aoe tanks most of the time (with cleave glyph).

I think the other tanks really push to get agro on mobs to show their good tanks but they don't realize warriors NEED to take damage to tank, they don't!

The Care and Feeding of Warriors: Itemization in Wrath part two {WoW}

Oct 3rd 2008 10:04PM For Engineering, it's worth knowing that they require a Frozen Orb which is the wrath version of a Nether.

So you'll need to be doing heroics in order to make them, Something i doubt many will be doing at lvl 72. I'm not sure if the orbs will be bop or boe, so might be able to get them on AH if your a really slow leveler. Oh you can also get them using the equivilant wrath version of 10 badges from heroic bosses, but again don't see how it'll help :(

The Care and Feeding of Warriors: The Climb to 80 {WoW}

Sep 9th 2008 8:25AM so for lvling up with quests and doing tanking, would it be better to spec arms/fury and use tank gear or spec prot and use dps gear?
