Jan 8th 2009 8:29AM Well, just my 2 cents - my wife started playing about a month after I started and she is seriously hooked - that was about 3 years ago. We play together quite often. At the moment she is our guildleader and i'm one of the officers (Yes, I like to stay in the background ;-))
One of the main advantages is that because you both play there is no girlfriend or wife-aggro when she thinks you play too much or expects you to watch television with her (Yuegh.....). We have an active social life, but most of the evenings during the week we come home from work, have dinner together and then do heroics or raid Naxx with a couple of guildies or go to the Obsidian Sanctum instead of hanging out in bars... (Okay, bad example...)
I must say our experience is mostly positive, but I think there might be examples of the contrary too....
Nov 12th 2008 7:54AM Well.... 3 times is a charm (or if I quote this incorrectly,
don't sue. I'm not native english :-)
Again a shot at the Polar Bear - I would so much like to have
Nov 10th 2008 9:20AM Well... you wanted reactions... here is mine!
Gimme gimme gimme gimme gimme gimme (or

in that picture!!!!
Nov 6th 2008 1:57PM Ever since seeing a bear as a possible mount, i would have
loved to get my hands on one...
Kudos on the new lay-out! Looks great!
Oct 14th 2008 1:35PM Woot - another shot at a fun item.
Me, i'm going to give my priest a much-needed haircut
to give him that even more "holier-than-thou"-look!
Oct 9th 2008 2:29PM Yay - really would like to get me hands on one of those!
Sign me up!
Sep 10th 2008 8:17AM First started out playing a rogue. The guild I was in at
that time was short on healers, so I decided to give
it a go. To my very great surprise I love to play the
holy priest. I find i'm a group player, so this "supporting
class" really suits me.
My rogue I play now and again just for a bit of fun or
pvp. But my priest is now really my main character,
no sacrifices needed at all - though I first thought
I needed to sacrifice a bit of fun playing him.
I even look forward to levelling him as soon as
WotLK hits and hope for even more progress in end
