May 23rd 2010 9:28PM Another thing to maybe consider, is whether your character's name forms a part of their story - for example a human with an elvish name, because their father was great friends with an elf and wished to honor them by naming their firstborn child after them. The child then could be either proud to bear a name like that - and apt to bore anyone who asks by telling them all about it :) or maybe they don't like it. Perhaps they were teased about it when growing up and are quick to ask people to call them by a shortened version.

May 14th 2009 2:13AM It's funny - I can handle the swearing, but not the illiteracy. It took me a long while to build up the mental fortitude to ignore "your" where it should be "you're", or "to" where it should be "too", etc.

Sep 10th 2008 8:21AM I've been playing WoW for about six months' time now, and as a new player I heard very early on that "the game begins at 70". But recently I've tended to ascribe a fair amount of wisdom to another comment I read: "The game begins when you're having fun." :)
