Reader UI of the Week: Razariel's UI {WoW}

Feb 2nd 2011 3:26PM So did I! *laughs*

I've since moved the Recount to the bottom, just above the Chat box and parrallel to the Omen frames.

Though with the though of layering, I may move it around so that Omen overrides it during a fight and it comes back after....

Feb 2nd 2011 3:25PM Odd that you say that, because i did after submitting this, go back in and mess with recount more. Its more faded, and down on the lower left above the chatbox instead of the upper right. Always tweaking!

Also, having joined a raiding guild in the interim you are correct - there are no portraits in my raid boxes. Its just big thick lines. Since the guild I'm in only does 10 mans I get to fit them in there really easy, and they have big bars for managing healing. Of course I'm primarily DPS in this guild (yay South of Heaven!) but still. I like to have an idea if I need to throw a quick Healing Rain or heal where to throw it.

Patch 4.0.6 PTR: Shaman patch notes {WoW}

Jan 11th 2011 3:43PM Yes. Your not using the trigger concept. You should be reptide and healing wave for most situations. Unleash elements should be used when up but usually after riptide. Ghw is for when they are low in health but you have time before the next big hit - usually I use it on dps when the tank is not in danger to bring them back to 75%. Surge is for when they are low (under 40%) and taking damage fast. I use this strategy and never oom in ok but not great groups for heroic with an 334average level

Addon Spotlight: CursorCastbar {WoW}

Jan 6th 2011 3:43PM I'm using SheepMonitor - which while designed for mages, works with all other cc's as well. The only issue is that it only works for one - so on my shaman, where I might have to both Hex and Banish Elemental, it can create a bit of a problem. But the main advantage is that it doesn't require you to focus your target - which as a healer, I greatly appreciate. I like my tank to be focused.
