Aug 17th 2011 9:27AM Dreams really do come true!
Aug 15th 2011 10:35PM They can dance if they want to and it looks like they've left their friends behind.
Cause their friends don't dance and if they don't dance they're no friends of mine.
Aug 14th 2011 7:45AM I have an addon called Speakin'Spell that let's me add text to combat log events (Something procs, I successfully cast something, etc.)
One of my Combustion messages is, "I'm gonna BURN 's house down with COMBUSTIBLE LEMONS!"
Aug 13th 2011 6:31PM There was a quest in Dragonblight where the Blues were attempting to ally with the Ethereals for resources/goods. The player puts a stop to this.
Aug 13th 2011 6:17PM I love MageNuggets and (Despite the apparent lack of curses in Firelands) use Decursive regularly. I've tried MageManaBar after release a few times and didn't like it. Same with CombustionHelper. With all the time invested in my Mage, I've just developed a feel for the right time to pop a CD and I manage to do very good DPS.
The Ignite monitor on Mage Nuggets, however, does help me with Combustion. By now I know that 25k+ Ignite is a green light.
The addons are fabulous for newer players until they get that kind of experience though.
Aug 13th 2011 5:05PM Why do you give me such difficult decisions...
Aug 10th 2011 10:53AM Burnout - Upon death, the Mage explodes outward in a wave of fire causing xxx Fire damage to all enemies in a 15 yard radius.
Time Lapse - Your Blink spell causes a lapse in time, leaving behind an image of yourself that deals no damage but attacks the target with the last spell you cast before Blinking. In addition, you gain 15% Haste for five seconds after Blinking.
Crystallize - The Mage covers himself in a think sheet of ice, granting him immunity to all stuns and movement impairing effects for six seconds.
More like talents and they would need tweaking. I'm thinking that maybe Crystallize could have some sort of damage reduction tacked on but it would give you Hypothermia for thirty seconds as if you had Ice Blocked.
Aug 10th 2011 10:06AM It would have to be a targeted AoE for Holy then. No one wants another Holy Radiance.
Aug 10th 2011 10:04AM Stampede, just like from WC3, but the animals stampeding are all from your stables.
Aug 9th 2011 12:07AM This is a little late, but the reasoning is that those areas were implemented with BC. At that time, WoW wasn't doing... whatever it's doing now so that if you try to walk into a Cata area without the Xpac you get pushed out. So, they just made them on a separate mapset, specifically the Outland mapset.
Presumably, they will be moved onto the EK/Kalimdor mapset when BC and Wrath are revisited during Cata or with a new Xpac.
