Aug 11th 2009 12:57PM I feel like it would be a moral imperative to have two crafting professions just so you could link your profs in Trade and say, "I got what you need!"
Aug 11th 2009 12:40PM Many physical changes work for me in-game without changing your story. The WoW faction change, for me, is OOC and I wouldn't factor that into my story. I'd rp an exit story for my character that would be moved, and then i'd start a completely new story for the toon made on the other side.
But that's just me.
Aug 11th 2009 9:34AM I was the same with the Paladin. And then I read about the Prot "AoE" spec (yes, this was a while ago) and I mustered up the energy to get my Pally to lvl 40 and life was awesome. I'd run around grabbing up all the mobs in an area and tear them all down with almost full life and mana at the end. My favorite moment in one of the plaguelands was a warrior that was watching me round up mobs asked what I was. I told him and he replied, "Everything I've been told is a lie!"
Unfortunately, that Pally is still Alliance, and is gathering dust as a lvl 70. When faction changes are implemented, the Pally will be the first and only that I'll bring over to the dark side.
Aug 11th 2009 9:26AM I must have tried playing a Druid 5 or 6 times before it finally stuck. I just had to get to level 26 or so, when the cat actually becomes decent. Then the class won me over.

Curious. Are they doing okay on out-of-game bows?
Aug 5th 2009 6:10PM "Hell, it's about time" is starting to have so much meaning.

"... and Tauren (delicious)."
As a Tauren, I approve of this humor.
Jul 18th 2009 1:38PM I think what Justin and others have said holds water. Horde wants a short race. Goblins fill that role. I think PVPers and Twinks would rejoice.
Also, I think Worgens on the 'lice side would be a good choice to keep the numbers up after the transfers start.
Would I play either? If the lvl cap is 90, I probably won't start ANY new toons. But if they do make them neutral at first, forcing you choose a faction during some big starting event (like DKs), I'd play that for sure.
