Jan 14th 2010 1:42AM Priests and Warriors count as hybrids as well, fyi.
Jan 14th 2010 1:26AM The data was taken by computing the average for each spec from the top 40 from WoL for Festergut. Naturally this fight favors melee over ranged, so some specs (Arcane etc.), but even when considering this mut. rogues were doing way, way more damage then they should be. 20% more than the next closest class is not even remotely balanced, especially when that next class is also a pure DPS class.
I should also point out that the only reason BM hunters are not shown is that I couldn't find their WoL chart.
Jun 26th 2009 12:11PM This is true. The only difference from 1-light and 0-light is P3, the other phases remain largely unchanged with the exception of buff loss. If you're working 0-light, though, you're DPS is going to be good enough such that you won't have any problem getting the Guardians down in a timely fashion, nerf or no nerf.
Jun 25th 2009 6:05PM This fight needs more Doomfire, IMO.
Jun 20th 2008 3:13PM We are ninja's. And you can't kill ninjas.
May 29th 2008 6:47PM A frost mages tree doesn't even aim at DPS. It is primarily focused on CC and survival, which is why it is overwhelmingly favored for PvP.
Apr 25th 2008 9:45AM I'm so happy with these new changes. Nothing upsets me more in game than inspecting someone, seeing them decked out in 4/5 S3 with a team rating of around 1550. And this happens ALL THE TIME. Gear that is on par with T6 should be readily availible to people who go in and loose 10 games a week, it should at least take SOME effort.
Apr 1st 2008 11:25AM Downloading now. Just have to wait for maintenance to finish, then its time to stealth ninja some epic lootz.
Mar 9th 2008 11:32PM Raiders don't care that people are getting the same gear/content experience that they are, they are upset that blizzard is making it easier for no apparent reason.
Imagine this: Your teacher assigns you a very large and difficult homework project, telling you that you have 3 months to get it done. You start right away, work your ass off for 3 weeks and finish the thing to the point of perfection. Then, two days before its due, the teacher comes out and announces you only have to do half the work, and she'll be far more lenient on the grading than initially planned. Wouldn't you be pissed as hell? I know I would be.
