Sep 20th 2008 11:42AM The arcane blast debuff is crap. If they are going to do the 300% increase, and make the spell worth 1800 mana at full debuff(or something like that), they should make the dmg insane. Maybe 50%. We would go OOM, but that dmg would be insane. I do like Kess' idea that the buff should apply to all spells, and debuff affects just arcane blast, so that arcane mages could "charge up" the other spells. But I wonder the mana regen of an arcane mage, since glyph of mage armor can make an arcane mage(with talents) get 80% mana regen while casting.
Speaking about FoF, they should change it to saying "frostbolt and Cone of Cold has a 7/15% chance of procing this effect." In this way, frost mages can raid. Unless the immune effect of being snared can still proc FoF
