Jun 29th 2007 9:39AM Just vote for the Reservoir Dogs parody, Steve Buscemi and Michael Madsen would be proud.
Jun 5th 2007 12:44PM I'm amazed that everyone has forgotten one of the best features of being a Pally and that's Reckoning in the protection tree. With a 10% chance to get four additional weapon swings that constantly keeps popping in an instance you can do a ton of damage, heal yourself using blessing/judgment of light, and hold all the aggro. Get an initial Consecration up to tag all the mobs and your set. I have two macros that allow me to switch from 1h/shield to 2h/cast Seal of Righteousness then /cast judgment equip 1h/shield. You take pressure off the healer and allow the dps to do their job without having to worry about aggro and can still do some damage yourself when you're doubling your swings with a 2h with Seal of Righteousness.
I've been a Pally since Nov 2004 and can play all three trees to perfection. If you want succeed in PvP or PvE you should seriously consider the Protection tree, especially if you're a casual player.
May 30th 2007 10:17AM He said 10 Hail Mary's for each corpse in the cave, then we can adopt an orphan. We'd better get started now if we want to be done by Children's Week next year.
Feb 17th 2007 8:22PM I've been a Protection Pally for a long time and more often than not if my raid was barely able to down a boss I was one of the few left standing. It's tough to heal the MT when you're dead. Plus Blessing of Sanctuary or Blessing of Sacrifice come in handy on many bosses.
Jan 4th 2007 4:54PM Who is your daddy, and what does he do?
Aug 22nd 2006 1:24AM Daddy want's his Pally in a frame!
Jul 10th 2006 5:30PM As a Shadow Priest, healing is pretty simple with Vampiric Embrace. I've run tons of 5-main groups and lead in both damage done and healing done. If you can get a good Pally to keep aggro off you and spot heal, you can double up any non-caster in damage and any healer in healing. Give it a try!
