Apr 7th 2011 7:22AM in response to ENOUGH! : that is purely a subjective opinion that you are offering. to counter your point, i think that dpsing is god awful boring and the only thing that offers anything dynamic and exciting is healing, and to a lesser extent tanking. there ARE players who prefer the added responsibility of being in those roles, and i really don't think it comes down to blizzards designs as it does people's personalities.
Feb 16th 2011 1:50AM i have iLevel 349 with my mostly bloodthirsty armor and vicious weapon disc priest and i have healed heroic pugs fine. sure, i have to a little more in between, but its absolutely fine for healing. the toughest fight i can think of was baron ashbury, but even that was doable. if a tank is like >333 ilevel we might be talking a slightly different story, but id say thats rare. for the most part, it should be fine
Feb 1st 2011 4:28AM just curious, but since i use grid i haven't ever found a purpose to mouseover casting. i assume about 99% of healers use grid or something like it that makes selecting the target of your heal pretty fast so why mouseover? does it over some other advantage that i'm not aware of?

still using on my 80 resto druid, havent bothered to level alchemy at all yet
still using this on my 69 hunter alt, havent seen anything better yet tho i just got to northrend so its time may be up soon
Dec 24th 2008 5:23PM first and foremost use whatever is most comfortable for you. as a resto druid i primarily turn with they keyboard as it allows me to always be moving and casting my insta-casts. it's majorly situational, though. there are times when i just HAVE to turn 180 with the mouse, and there are other times where i just HAVE to be turning with the keyboard so i can click cast. so in summary, i use a combo of both and what makes you a better player imo isnt which way you use but rather your judgment capabilities so that you can decide instantaneously which way would benefit you at the exact moment.
Nov 9th 2008 4:52PM pick me!
Oct 26th 2008 2:55AM confirmed, i 4 manned him and some other ppl have 3 manned him. 2 manning is def possible would just take a bit of time. still took about 5-7 min with 4 ppl
Oct 12th 2008 7:13PM Are feral tanks dodging less than in live? How has the agility nerf for druids affected this? Do we mitigate more damage now with just our hp pool and armor/talent? Has the removal of crushing blows made dodging not as important for us? Does anyone know what the average dodge chance is right now for an 80 druid? (with only MotW and nothing else right now on live im at 43% for comparison, can hit over 70% fully raid buffed and with trinket popped)
