Apr 15th 2011 1:52PM The Viper isn't a super car. Its more than that.

Spy Shots: Ford Focus ST caught cold-weather testing and track tuning {Autoblog Archive}

Apr 12th 2011 5:28AM Anytime I see hate for fwd cars I just like to point out specific cars. Today I choose the 2008 - 2010 Chevy Cobalt SS TC. 24k sticker price, was the fastest FWD to go around the Nordschlef (sic?) until Renault Sport made what essentially is a street legal cup car out of the Megane. When deployed properly FWD is devestatingly fast. There are inherit benefits to FF that can be brought out in suspension development. And to put all of that in perspective, the Cobalt SS is faster than the STI, EVO, and many cars costing 2 to 3 times as much.

Apr 11th 2011 7:55PM The words are hard to find that describe the feelings welling up inside of me from your post. Simple words like sick and maddening don't work, more along the lines of vexatious, exasperating, loathsome, and repugnant work better right now.

First details on Audi's ActiveE-fighting A3 e-tron {Autoblog Archive}

Apr 10th 2011 11:12PM I don't understand why manufacturers make these EVs. Battery packs are counter productive to the whole reason manufacturers are making effecient vehicles.
They are an oxymoron. The additional weight doesn't make sense in vehicle design. The worst part is these powerful electric motors are light, but when the whole system gets bogged down with the battery packs its like a 16 cyl engine putting out 150 hp.

Suzuki bringing two Kizashi concepts to New York Auto Show {Autoblog Archive}

Apr 6th 2011 7:35AM I'd take a higher rev Kizashi. I've been considering one for a while, its just hard to bite on a wheezy 180hp four when it fells very overrated when driving. The car would scream with a 8.5k redline, definitely might steal sales from the Honda SI crowd, seeing as honda gave up on fun to drive cars.

Report: Holden Commodore coming to U.S. as Chevrolet SS sedan? {Autoblog Archive}

Mar 29th 2011 4:30PM This will be fail if they don't get manuals available for every model. The G8 was great, but one model and in low percentage had a clutch.

2012 Ford Fiesta gets sport appearance package with slight performance upgrade {Autoblog Archive}

Mar 23rd 2011 4:41PM I hope this is Ford's way of ramping up to the Fiesta ST.

Video: Pagani Huayra sweats the details {Autoblog Archive}

Mar 22nd 2011 3:21PM It looks like a proper super car to me. I especially like the brushed metallic controls on the interior.

Report: More details on Honda's hotter CR-Z come to the fore {Autoblog Archive}

Mar 21st 2011 4:46PM All they have to do is take out the god damn electric motor and the car would be a lot more fun.
