Oct 26th 2009 4:07PM Remember theres only gonna be 52 contests per year given the average sever population is in the thousands don't expect to see it. cus ppl will farm for the acheivement for the ring (which not even been a fishing orientated item will pull in even more ppl than stv contest does)
Sep 15th 2009 9:26AM That icon's been changed half a dozen times, and again if it is gonna be for brewfest it won't make it to live servers before this years brewfest simple as
Sep 15th 2009 9:14AM It won't be a brewfest pet because it won't make it to live servers before this years brewfest now that US hasn't been patched this week. As for CE pet possibly but i think they're more likely to stick with the dragon theme pets they've had in tbc and wotlk, a special 5 year aniversery pet for those long term subscribers possibly but there'd be so much QQ over that... Im suprised no ones covered the possibility that it may be intended for the china wow relaunch.
Jun 3rd 2009 9:14AM Considering the number of stats tanks already have to gear for (higher than the average dpser/healer) adding having to focus in on dps aswell would just make it insane, not to mention the requirement of stat modification to all tanking gear which in turn would actually boost non rage tanks dps as a side effect which frankly pala and dk tanks do no need right now. Though it would solve some issues in pve, I think overall it would become more of a nerf than a boost and probably make paladin tanks primary choice for overall tanking, which is frankly a senario i don't want to see as they are already too op tanks.
May 5th 2009 3:22PM Gordoc Ogre Costume from dire maul also does female > male change.

Dec 16th 2008 9:03PM Wouldn't this all fall under the unlawful employment practices anyway, even if it doesn't its still bias that any major company wouldn't want to be seen to harbour otherwise it would drastically impinge on their public image not something they wanna do in current economic climate.
As for the addiction argument thats going on as a subtext in the comments. Couple of things addiction is when someone wants to stop but can't, Obsession is when ppl want to continue even when they know its detrimental, most ppl you talk about as addicts aren't. The only proffesional gaming addiction clinc im aware of in europe, most likely the world has recently said they've had to retool their "detox" plan as the majority of ppl they've had through their doors aren't actually addicts but have lost or lacked social integration skills to maintain a real life. In stop looking for something to hold up as a figure head for all the social problems in the world when you should be dealing with the actual problems not the escapism most ppl run to when they don't want to deal with the real world anymore.
