Apr 25th 2009 11:58AM Putting the fact that I've kicked the WoW habit aside, I can't imagine why you'd want to do play Warcraft on your iPhone, or anything other than a PC or laptop (properly outfitted to play WoW). Sure, maybe check auctions, but I think I can wait until I'm at my computer to see if my auctions have gone through. It's not like I'll be gone for 30 days and I need to redeem the money in the mail before it goes away.
Dec 13th 2008 10:16AM During the zomvie invasion I corrected someone in Trade Chat for saying the disease crates and cockroaches were "implaced" around the cities.
While "emplacement" and "emplace" are both words, "implace" isn't actually a word. When I said that his response was "who cares?"
And really there's no way to answer that...
More funny than not properly using punctuation, spelling, and grammar on the internet, at least to me, is using big or unfamiliar words in the wrong context.
So I can be a bit annoying when it comes to grammar, but I really don't see what the big obstacle is when it comes to something easy like capitalization. Especially on a forum, where you're not furiously typing out your answers to things (unless you're going for "first!").
Sep 25th 2008 5:43PM Story time: I was running Underbog or something one time. I was mid-60s healing as a Druid and my brother was tanking on his Paladin. We had a Hunter, Rogue, and Warlock in our group.
At one point we all wiped. The Hunter had feigned death, and the rest of us ran back except the Warlock. We told him we wern't going to rez him, and after a few minutes he just quit the group. The Rogue freaked out and followed suit.
BUT, we convinced the Hunter to stay and we 3-manned it to the big crab boss, at which point we had to bring in a 70 from his guild to help us out. Good times :D
