Oct 21st 2009 3:44PM hmm...wonder if this legendary has the potential to bring 2-handed Enhancement Shamen back.
How I miss the days of Arcanite Reaper one shotting everyone in AB and AV.
Oct 21st 2009 3:29PM actually, Abandanation ALWAYS wears his season 2 helm, watch his pure PvP vids and you'll see that he's always wearing it
Aug 20th 2009 3:47PM Verne Troyer is a gimme, but you HAVE to have Vin Disel. We already know that he's a WoW Player and who would be a more epic and badass roguey type person than Vin Disel?
Hell, if he had hair I'd say let him play Varian Wrynn.
Mr. T would be an amusing voice for an Elf, although it would be out and out amusing if they reeled in all the people that have done WoW commercials. I mean, who wouldn't want to see Ozzy as an actual Warlock, the only problem being you wouldn't understand half the movie.
Jun 27th 2009 10:37AM a title eh?
I guess mine would have to be...
"Sir" or "Lady" for the Alliance and "Chief" or "Chieftess" for you hordies out there
very simple, but also fits an RP desire in people
"the Noble" was close to filling this
Although, class specific titles would be awesome like "Blademaster" for Warriors would be nice, could be attainable by raising your skill level in all learnable weapons to max.
"of the Shadow" would be nice for rogues, not sure how to achieve this one though.
"Hunter" or "Ranger" would be nice for Hunters, again simple but fills that RP desire.
"Of the Silver Hand" or "Of the Light" would be nice for Palidans and give ode to Warcraft Lore.
"Magican" or "Wizard" for Mages.
"Summoner" maybe for Warlocks.
Shamen are tricky, but maybe "Caller" would work or go with something like "Wind Caller" or "Earth Caller" or something that would give you a specific title based on a quest and you got the specific title based on the item you choose to recieve or something.
You'd probably need to do something similar with Druids considering they're a hybrid species as well, like "of the Fang" "of the Claw" "of the Moon" or "of the Forest" or something along those lines.
Jun 26th 2009 7:20PM FEH, not even a rogue axe since they couldn't even use Axes before the new patch was announced, so Rogues can just pass and let me have this sweet Enhancement Axe. You'll get your fast axes in the new content, which are useless for Enhancement Shamen basically, so you can wait for all I care.
May 30th 2009 8:50AM after opening my combat log after leaving Dalaran, headed to Borean Tundra to do my fishing daily, I noticed that I got some generic data that was kinda odd that alerted me to the fact that there's a color war going on in Dalaran.
Gold Mage Casts Ice Lance at Green Warrior.
Green Warrior Casts Intercept at Gold Mage.
Gold Mage is affected by Green Warrior's Intercept.
So what's up with this Green vs. Gold war?
Is it a tribute to Red vs. Blue or just something I haven't seen yet?
Mar 17th 2009 12:51AM I have a question regarding the enterance of Stormwind. All the hero's that are portrayed there originally went though the Dark Portal to fight back the Burning Legion, to try and prevent them from coming any further into our world. At the very end of all the plaques it says something along the lines of "Presumed to have fallen in battle" or something like that, basically saying "we're pretty sure they're dead" but not confirmed. When we went though the Dark Portal in BC, did we ever find any of these Heros? I'm particularly interested in the sister of Sylvanas Windrunner, since she's kinda the Forsaken leader and all, does that mean the events they talk about happened before Sylvanas was turned into a Banshee?
Mar 16th 2009 4:05AM THANK YOU! That bothered me the second I saw it...really pissed me off when a GM used the term "inscriber"...I mean...it was a blue post...then again they misspelled Arthas...or is it Arthus...I forget what they used...but on the box for Wrath...seriously...there's a reason they always add "Fix spelling and grammatical errors in certian tooltips" to patch notes for big patches
Feb 25th 2009 5:09AM Recently we had some guild drama happen with someone that was helping us get into progression. Let's just say that he expected the Dr. Jeckel and Mr. Hyde act to slide, along with some other things, but enough of that. So he rage quit and took some people with him to start a new guild. We lost enough people that we've fallen out of being able to do 25 mans totally and are having to gear up our newer, but still with us, members. I guess my question is, what classes are we going to want/hurt for the most to be able to do full clears of Naxx again? I guess I'm asking, what compositions are we wanting to look for in order to get in and get the gear?
Feb 24th 2009 3:52AM Well, the frost shock buff is nice, since it'll see more play in PvP now, but I don't think it and the Stam buff are enough to make us viable, as enhancement. We still don't have an "escape" button to rely on. All the new Frozen Power buff does is make other classes pop their "oh noez, it's a trap" button sooner and that's only if they're trying to get away from the Shaman.
The drop on the cooldown time for Heroism/Bloodlust is a PvP buff too, since the debuff goes away when you die, making it more usable in PvP. I'd rather see it at something like 3 minutes so it can be in rotation with our wolves, because that's a pretty damn good "HOE SHNAP!" button if you ask me. Be even better if our wolves gave us that sexy sprint the entire time they were out.
I'm still waiting for that thing that makes us Melee PvP gods. Ok, not gods, but demi-god would be nice at least.
