Jul 31st 2010 9:25AM Fallen Earth has awesome crafting. The main complaint is that you have about half the storage / bank space you need for all the mats you have to collect.
Jul 29th 2010 9:59AM "A million people like this game, so now it sucks" isn't the best marketing philosophy. Anyway making some MMO's accessible to more casual players like me isn't going to hurt anyone. Hardcore players can still get their kicks with hardcore content or more hardcore games, while casual players can run heroics and grind out that next hamster mount or whatever.
Apr 30th 2010 3:07PM Yes. Time to move on from "it's like Dungeons and Dragons but ____ ."
I'm waiting for the first great game with a post-apocalypse, Fallout 3 kind of setting. Fallen Earth is really, really close, but the combat mechanics killed it for me.
Apr 29th 2010 6:44PM I've been using this addon for years. I wouldn't want to play without it.

43/5/13. I'm actually going to try this for leveling 70-80. I call it the "sneaky little bastard" build. Chase described this kind of build as a pvp build, but I think it will be fun for leveling. I really wanted the improved stealth from subtlety because it really stinks when your cover is blown while questing. The other thing I like about this build is it brings a lot of improved armor penetration (expose armor, serrated blaes) and improved bleeds (blood spatter, serrated blades). Also, with the deadly brew talent, I will dw instant poison for burst damage and be able to kite mobs when they get the crippling poison on them. This still gives the 50% dmg increase to mutilate. Is this the optimal pure dps build? no. Will it be the most efficient? probably not. But I've been combat swords for so long and I'm tired of being a fury warrior in leather armor. I want to have fun while leveling, being a sneaky, sapping, armor penetrating, kiting, bleeding little bastard rogue.
