Apr 27th 2011 9:28AM Today's topic should really be "what were your experiences with the patch." It's all people are taking about this morning. "Wow breaks" is a good topic, but it should have been saved for another day.
Mar 3rd 2011 12:05PM This blue post is preposterous. Saying that moving two points to another talent tree would imbalance the game is a lie. The hardest encounters are already balanced around optimal specs for that encounter.
Translation of Blizzspeak:
"This is good idea and would be a fun convenience, but duel spec is working well enough, and nothing about it is broken. We are really busy with higher priorities like fixing bugs and creating new content, we might get to triple spec some day, but don't hold your breath."
Feb 23rd 2011 12:05PM I've read this sort of article before, and they all say "use the number keys for spammable abilities!." I have less than ideal dexterity, and I simply can't use the number keys reliably, in fact any key that is not nearly adjacent to wasd I will sometimes misclick, which is death in pvp. I also can't hit CTRL or ALT with 100% accuracy, so those are out too. So I need a mouse that has a lot of buttons, and I use Shift a lot. Just wondering if anyone is in the same boat I am.
Feb 4th 2011 12:49PM I'm gonna miss AB and Eye a lot, I might miss Sota a little. At the same time I welcome this change. I help organize RBGs for a PVP guild and the 10/15 alternation was causing stress. PVE guilds can choose to be 10 or 25 man. RBG guilds could not choose 10 or 15, they had to do both. This meant benching a lot of people during 10 man week, which caused drama, and some gquits, and frantic recruiting to get quality bodies for the following week of 15's. A Cycle that will likely end with this change.
Jun 22nd 2010 10:49PM Yeah you fail at reading too. Like I said, I get that they are constantly publishing content. But, the story that people cared more about got pushed off the first page. Last I checked this article got four times more comments than the baseball dude, and when I wanted to read about the extended maintenance, the baseball dude was front and center and the maintenance story was on page 2.
Jun 22nd 2010 9:07PM L2Read. My point is the wow.com article on the exteneded maintenance fell of their front page, which is not right since it was the top news story of the evening.
Jun 22nd 2010 9:01PM kk douche, so according to the realm status page, several realms have been up for an hour, but it's impossible to log into them. That's news. But you wouldn't know that by looking at this website.
Jun 22nd 2010 8:54PM Wow.com has to do a better job with this. This was the only story that mattered tonight. My server was down. I wanted to know if others were having the same trouble. Nothing posted on the first page of wow.com. I'm not saying that new content can't be posted when maintenance goes overtime, but honestly I don't give a shit about a wow playing baseball player. The tops story is SERVERS ARE DOWN and wow.com's top story should reflect that as long as thats the case. That is news.
Mar 12th 2010 2:48PM Wow this article is weak. Michael Gray have you ever lead a raid before? Replenishment is by no means essential (yes I realize you linked to Ghostcrawler's comment that he made a year ago, but it simply hasn't played out that way). It's nice. It's helpful. But I raid without it on 10 man and we do fine (sometimes I even mana pot). But we never, ever roll without fort/kings/motw. Listing it above fort/kings/motw is redonkulous.
Feb 23rd 2010 10:19AM I rolled Alli and sometimes I wish I were horde for PVP since they seem to win more bg's except for AV, I may reroll horde for cataclysm. For now, I regret rolling gnome and dwarf over humans, since the human racial is so much more powerful in PVP. It's not a big deal though. No big regrets, the game is always fun or I wouldn't play.
