Sep 11th 2011 11:50AM My world PVP rules are simple, don't screw with me and I won't screw with you.
Aug 4th 2011 11:15AM Our first Anub kill in TOGC 25, people were dropping like flies and I (the main tank) died. There were a handful of people left up and the Boomkin hit me with a bres. I popped up, and healed myself with everything I had (Blood DK). I was now the only one alive, and Anub was at 0%. We both swung at each other. It was like that Death of Superman comic. We killed each other, but he died just a little bit faster than me...
Everybody zoned in, then loot and a good laugh was had by all.
Jul 25th 2011 11:20AM It fits here too though eel5pe, as the raider in question has squandered the goodwill of his/her guild mates. All of the work done building up guild rep, etc. Thrown away, only to come crawling back. Perhaps this is a bit too apologist of a response, but I can see it being apt if taken in the right light.
May 25th 2011 12:34AM Orc is definitely my favorite Death Knight race, but a while back I transfered to an Alliance guild and have since been running as a Worgen. I like both really, but it's definitely an adjustment. As for the racials, you probably won't notice much (aside from the ones that give Expertise bonuses) and then only when you're DPS. At least, until they make Expertise a more interesting stat for tanks again.
The Tauren War Stomp ability however is excellent for fights like Cho'gall to interupt prayers. So, in the words of Oprah... follow your whimsy.
May 6th 2011 10:42AM For the Arthas/the Lich King, there's no one who could ever play him other than Vladimir Kulich. He played Buliwyf in the 13th Warrior.
Apr 23rd 2011 3:24PM @Stella - Guilds that are active should be hitting their GXP goals, my own guild is a 25 man raiding guild, we don't have more than maybe 40 active players and we're about to hit the level cap. I imagine 10 man guilds might have some difficulty, but it's the tradeoff for getting the same gear as 25 man guilds. We have a harder time recruiting in general 10 mans have a harder time getting perks, which if I read the rabble rabble correctly, amounts to basically the same thing.

Mar 27th 2011 8:10AM Specifically we've gone after those guild achievements that offered some reward, for example I've crated a few thousand flasks on an alt. We also held a Fishing Extravagazna event, where members raced off to various pools across the globe. After an hour, all returned to Org to turn in their catch, the best fisherman were given rewards and the guild ended up with a new achievement and a new Feast recipe available.
Beyond that, there are subsets of members who are really gung ho about getting guild achievements and those that are not. So, we keep plugging away at them little by little, but once the "reward" achievements are done I think a lot of people lose interest.
