Mar 28th 2012 8:48AM the farmville thing is on the top of my list of things im not looking forward to
Mar 27th 2012 10:41AM thats funny, you're just a few steps behind my own situation actually
we just completed our first staff
and only have a few madness kills under our belt
we've also only killed morchok on heroic and got ultrax heroic to about 10% on sunday
we have three more weeks on our first rogue legendaries and then my own pair should follow a few weeks after that
But at the moment, our main team is down two players due to vacations and one of our main healers just posted on the forums that he'll be on "call" for raids untill we can replace him, which im REALLY not in the mood to do these days. I've just lost ALL drive to care anymore
Mar 27th 2012 9:39AM I know it's "lame" to say this, and not really in spirit of the article, but my main thing to look for from the Beta is a release date/window.
I've been feeling the burnout blue recently and its starting to be visible in other members of my raid team. More and more i feel like i trapped myself with the Annual Pass because I really want to stay and get D3 for free. I want to know, more than anything else about the game, how much longer we'll be in dragon soul so that i know how long these blues will continue before we have something fresh to do.
I'm not angry, at least not with Blizzard, it's just a weird feeling to be trapped between a commitment to a game that I've loved and my own financial constraints.
Mar 20th 2012 12:11PM I hope they dont get rid of it at all
I support their goal of getting people out in the world, but for me, I do that already on my own time
I quest, i did archeology for a time, i fly around helping lowbies in guild. But when its raid time, it's raid time, im NOT interested in sight seeing or world pvp or picking up that one herb on my way to a raid.
I want it to stay as is
Feb 29th 2012 5:19PM I myself have never felt the "lul" you speak of untill recently.
Just this week I was talking to a friend out of guild about how i feel, after playing since vanilla, that I have finally outgrown the game. I actually feel stuck because our guild is still working on our first staff legendary, the owner of whom i happen to be engaged to, we'll be done with the rogue one in about 8 more weeks and then my own pair to follow shortly after (we have two raid teams). But those things aside, I feel stuck in WoW because of the annual pass (damn your clever marketing blizzard!!) I want my D3 for free. If i cancel before thats two copies if diablo i have to buy (one for the Fiance) as well as the two Guild Wars 2 copies I'm already planning on buying
Feb 23rd 2012 10:04AM hands down, the BEST player run event i've ever been a part of was when my entire guild jumped into the Gurubashi Arena to duke it out over who would be the best man at the in-game wedding of our GM and his girl.
The wedding that followed in moonglade is a close second in coolness. I didnt have Fraps or another recording thing at the time so i took screens and put them in a powerpoint presentation. still have it
Feb 15th 2012 10:28AM This is my entry, there are many like it but this one is mine!
Feb 14th 2012 10:05AM The only song hunters ever need...
Feb 10th 2012 2:06PM I have a quick question.
My guild didnt manage to take down madness before the latest patch, we only got to 7/8 and this sunday we will have a FULL night on madness alone so we should get him.
Our plan is to remove the buff since we "almost" got him before it was put in place but if after a few shots we're not getting anywhere, we want to turn it back on and just kill him.
My question is, Can we turn the buff/debuff on and off at will? As in, once we turn it off, can we go turn it back on again that same night?
