Apr 6th 2009 11:23AM Finally something new in this Column. I like "So you want...", but
I was starting to get a little sick of it. Something new is always the
right call if a weekly column has been the SAME for months.
So, I am really liking this column. I get what you are saying about
the RP spectrum. I am an RP layman at the moment.
Mar 25th 2009 3:19PM Heilig, his point was that ALL the defensive cooldowns have a chance of not working. At all. Evasion increases dodge by 50% and reduce chance of being hit by ranged attacks 25%. Even if you have 40% dodge without evasion, that still gives a 10% chance of getting hit. Or a 10^-2 chance of getting hit twice. Or a 10^-3 chance of getting hit 3 times.... you get my point. The exact same thing with Cloak of Shadows. That gives a 1/10000 chance of cloak of shadows not working on anything (assuming someone is spamming spells at you every GCD). Although, it did seem odd how he seque'd into a "I hate hybrids" column halfway through.
Mar 6th 2009 3:15PM Lankey and Sharkhunt: I thought I was the only person to ever see that movie.
Also: But they should listen to the lyrics, because it's not just about the dangers of conformity and the importance of friends; it was also a personal statement about the band itself. Hey Paul. (Murders Paul with Axe).
... It was a weird movie
Feb 21st 2009 8:15PM I don't mean to nit pick, but expertise doesn't have a "cap", either. There is a dodge cap, but the parry cap differs between mobs (and is unreachable). .... ok, that was really nit picky. Oh well.
Jan 22nd 2009 7:58PM Warriors have to move their arms to stab keristraza in the face, but they will still get intense cold if they aren't jumping around like a madman. Keristraza wins
Oct 13th 2008 12:25AM I think it is important that every spec has something that makes it look distinctive. Do protection warriors do good DPS with a shield? Say, good enough to not dual-wield like a fury wannabe?
