Nope. Massively, which is part of the joystiq group, switched to a new commenting system. This means they removed the ability to login to our names because they didn't want to transfer anything over.
End result being every site but Massively is apparently borked to hell with an even worse version of the comment system (which wasn't all that bad in the first place), while Massively get's to deal with their own version of Blizzard's Real ID.

Exactly. The past two MMOs that have seen release have had the distinction of being crap on release, then going a year or so before Funcom brings in someone to fix it up to how it should of been at release.

Nothing is stopping me from making a Facebook account called "Lady McWeakpanties", label it female, then play the game from that joke account to get all the arse-backwards advantages it entails.

Gotta agree. I love what Zeboyd does with their games, but coming into making this game...
Ouch. People were really hoping to import their characters and the special objects they've found, to see what they might do in the 3rd chapter. And while it was nothing grand, you still got attached to your gardening-implement-wielding persona.
Not saying this won't be great though. Far from it. It just sucks we'll never have another adventure wherein my gardening ho is turned into some crazed lightsaber-infused super weapon.

He's agreeing that being labeled as a "cyber-bully" could offend someone, and that its in Massively's code of conduct to avoid personal attacks as such.
They also aren't saying he is or isn't now, though with the kind of illogical, immature backlash Mitt has shown, well... no reason to label a clearly black tuxedo "black".
Apr 1st 2012 6:32PM Yeah...
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why people have this "sociopath" stigma associated with Eve Online, as well as why they don't believe Mittani's apology was sincere in even the slightest bit (me included).
It's honestly pathetic though the distance they go to attack someone like they did, specially when a good 99% of them do it simply because it's all anonymous.
So you take this week off Brendan, you order a mojito down on a beach in your comfiest Hawaiian shirt, and relax like Sam Axe.

It's not evil, we as Massively readers must do our part to help the new One Shots flourish! Send him pictures everyone!
Personally I've sent him...
500 Hello Kitty Online screenshots
600 Everquest Adventure screenshots
10,000 My Little Pony: MMO is Magic screenshots
plus, I think I may of accidentally sent him some pictures of one-hit musical wonders...
And all in their own individual emails!
Mar 31st 2012 9:42PM Of course it's easy to "infer" anything about this.
Fact is, Zynga ended up having to buy up its own shares last time, just to keep the price from dipping below $6-7, so I'm betting a good chunk, if not the majority, of the shares being given away are the same shares that they had to "buy back" from last time.

Well, Drakengard 1 allowed you to fly a fighter jet around a medieval-ish area, so why not?!

FF-13-2 and it's ending (wanting to avoid spoilers for those who haven't beaten it), as well as the comment that there would be Lightning-focused story DLC later, seems to hint at something more post-ending.
Mass Effect 3, on the other hand, has been rumored to be receiving some "True End" DLC in late April or May, with the same rumor claiming that ME 3's ending was last-minute and never intended to be an ending, instead being part of a choice that factors into the real ending.
With Bioware "promising" to rectify things "if possible", that seems to heavily be in favor of said rumor.
