Feb 17th 2011 10:23AM Granted it's a different demographic, the Mustang GT500's MSRP has hovered around $45k-50k but I've seen them sold for $70k+ on the showroom floor for years now.

Like a few have said already, it's supply and demand. A car you want that there are few of and even fewer have.
