Dec 1st 2009 4:02PM I don't think very many guilds would have drama if all they did was play hide and seek, RP, and run 5 mans. There's nothing wrong with playing that way at all, and if you like it please continue, but just understand that you're completely avoiding the parts of the game that cause the most drama.

Oct 21st 2009 1:44PM I think the biggest issue is the fact that DKs and paladins are the most played classes in the game and that druids have four "different" specs while all other classes only have 3.
Take a smaller class, give them more options, and of course you're going to have fewer people pick any specific one.
Now toss in the fact that kitty and tree have both been extremely overpowered at different points (and both are still very strong), and the fact that bear spec is the only one of the four you'd never bring to PvP for any reason, and I'd say bears show up about as often as you would expect them to.
I've played a feral on the leading edge of progression for the entire expansion, and we've been great as bears the whole time, going all the way back to Sarth 3D. You can complain about boredom if you want, but the bear threat rotation is no worse than the pally 9-6-9 or anything DKs do.
Oct 20th 2009 4:25PM Concentration Aura + Aura Mastery will prevent the lockout if you're a holy pally.
Sep 18th 2009 12:50AM Grievous Bite means Ymiron dies no matter what because he can't heal. Poor guy. Been there, man.
Sep 17th 2009 1:10PM So WoW is pretty huge. Comparing it to something like Windows isn't really off base. It has also been in development for a long, long, long time. Finally, a lot of those bugs are for purely cosmetic glitches that don't affect gameplay in the slightest. Read the list of bug fixes in any set of patch notes, they're almost always full of trivial BS I've never even heard of along with one or two items that matter.
Given all that, I don't think they have an unreasonable amount of bugs in their system.
Sep 10th 2009 5:22PM Setting a target gives you something to miss. Blizzard doesn't set targets, so they're never late. That's all this is. There's overhead and effort involved in communicating with their players that Blizzard doesn't want to shoulder. That's fine with me.
(I do wish they'd be honest about it. Not that I think they're actively lying, just using an exceedingly poor rationalization that shouldn't fool anybody who's been around the block with them.)
Sep 10th 2009 5:14PM Welcome to WoW, Richard Stallman. Nobody cares here either.
Seriously, could this be any more off topic?
Aug 19th 2009 1:19PM The damage of FoK is fine, but the interrupt needed to go. "Spammable AOE interrupt" is 3 words that should never be used together, no matter which class you give it to.
Aug 18th 2009 1:30PM They stopped making me tank when they found out I did 7k DPS as a cat, so that's where I went.
I usually tank if I'm doing 5 mans though.
