Jun 18th 2009 8:16PM Despite the aggressive language, I'm going to have to agree with him. There's a reason they're called 'achievements', because you have to actually achieve something noteworthy for the reward, not just do something for a reward that was designed for weaker gear/ levels.
They could, however, make the achievements something where everyone in the raid has to have below a certain level armor, and be level 80.
