Feb 5th 2009 12:38PM I could see where you would have problems on instances that you overgeared, but I'm surprised at the rage on dodge/parry change with warriors. So a warrior with a BoSanc buff will just be amazing now or what? Shouldn't pallies get mana back on dodge/parry baseline now as well then? If so, then there is not much point in BoSanc unless they buff the healing value of it.
Dec 17th 2008 10:42AM I find it funny that playing WoW is considered a vile offense at work, yet most employers have no problem letting people smoke as often as they want. Hell, at my old job we had people that smoked for 15 to 20 minutes every hour. This included the managers. As long as you get your work done I don't see it as a big deal.
Dec 15th 2008 11:14AM From what I have seen, you are going to have to go that extra mile and snag at least one defensive trinket until you get access to better gear. The enchants will also help you get closer to your goal. Remember, you only need 535 to be uncrittable for heroics, versus 540 for raids. It might not seem like much, but that extra 5 defense can allow you to swap one piece of gear for more avoidance or stamina/damage.
As a pally tank, I have only run with dps DK's so far. I would plan on DPSing my way to 80, while grabbing tanking gear along the way. The DK in my guild that wanted to tank used this method with much success. I would advise not rolling on tanking gear in an instance unless your current tank passes on it. This tends to piss off the tanks.
Nov 18th 2008 2:06PM The guy reminded me of Lo'pan from Big Trouble in Little China. Very cool fight.
Oct 23rd 2008 3:29PM I was thinking the next hero class would be the troll witch doctor, but I think that may incorporate too many of the current shaman spells and abilities. Perhaps they go with some form of monk that is a melee shadow priest of sorts? I'm really interested to see how the current ret pally heals boost your group both in a 5-man and in a raid. They could get close to what they want right there if it is tuned right.
