Feb 7th 2010 6:26AM On Wowhead there was a comment that said, for Battle of the Citadel (sorry dont remember the qiest name exactly, its the quest where yuo kill the 3 lieutenants with your horse) you can just run over the skeletons while mounted on the Argent Lance Mount and farm as much as you want which I did. Hope that helps for the achievement for bracers :)
