Ulduar items and why they look the same {WoW}

Mar 22nd 2009 5:36PM Once again, I think that tier pieces and other high level items should be give options to be able to be colored / dyed.

I want to be able to dye my cloak. I want to be able to dye my armor so that it matches.

Blizz needs to implement this option ASAP.

Breakfast Topic: The grass is greener {WoW}

This sums up the Alliance for me and always has. The Alliance are favored in this game. How else can you explain everything that made the Horde unique or having an advantage being taken away or given to the Alliance?

How else can you explain every advantage the Alliance has never being given to the Horde even after years of this games release?

Alliance has more population. More abundant AHs. Better economies and raiding groups. And I swear to god that PvP BGs are set up in their favor. AB has a closer flag. AV is easy mode to zerg the Horde base while Alliance get multiple defenses.

And Alliance still gets more mounts to play with than Horde. Still,...after all this time. Seriously.

Elves and Humans, man. The plague of Warcraft.

Are Death Knights autowin in PvP? {WoW}

Feb 10th 2009 8:18PM I just played a game of WSG. We had 4 DK's and they had 1.

We lost 3 to 0.

This article is bad for multiple reasons:
1. It comes across as listing a DKs abilities and then complaining about them. Almost like a giant nerf post, yet its on the cover of the integrity filled WoW Insider.
2. It's obviously biased and doesn't show exactly how a DK changes the tide of battle.
3. It fails to reveal a DKs weaknesses, hence it is not giving us the full picture.
4. It makes a claim that can not be proven.

Our team lost so badly that it was just not fun.
Articles like this shouldn't be posted on WoW Insider. They come across as more crass and ill informed than poignant to the WoW World of PvP.

Will of the Forsaken nerf is a reason for quitting {WoW}

Dec 5th 2008 1:34AM It's more than just a single nerf. WotF has been getting changed for over 4 years now - and every time it was in the form of a nerf. Perhaps this was just the nerf that broke the camels back.

I can personally attest to being angry when I saw the racial changes coming up for WotLK. I saw races on the Alliance getting buffed for unknown reasons and my race (Undead) getting nerfed yet again without warning. And to top it all off, I noticed that Undead get LESS resists than all other races in the game now. Why? I have no idea why. It was enough to make me consider not getting Wrath and avoiding WoW all together. To have my race so singled out and kept underfoot while NE's are suddenly Shadowmelding in the middle of a fight. It's ridiculous.

So I can see why people are mad and leaving over this. It's more than a single class issue. It's a race issue that effects many classes in the game. I have 1% reists while everyone else gets 2% or more, which is odd and kind disheartening.

Either way - really Blizz. Bring back the WILL. We are supposed to be strong as a race too. Now we have underwater breathing as a superfluous ability in the game and I think we need it replaced with something more if you're going to take our resists away as well.

Ghostcrawler talks about Paladin nerfs {WoW}

Oct 27th 2008 1:38AM I understand what you're saying about the fun being stripped away from the ret pallys, however, what about the fun of all of the other players in PvP being taken away from Ret Pallys dominating them with ease? My fun was sucked dry and every BG is played in showcased a Ret pally with top dmg every time.

Something had to be done because the pally match up to other classes had become wayyyy too uneven.

Oct 24th 2008 4:52PM Tauren: "Buying this farm was the best idea we've ever had! But,...why'd you guys hand me this shovel?"

Undead male: "Someone has to shovel your poop."
