Breakfast Topic: The kill shot and other boss downing traditions {WoW}

Feb 21st 2011 1:01PM We generally do the boss kill screenshots, although the photoshop mock up thing is a good idea.

To be fair, though, we forgot to take one for Omnotron, so I, as the officer generally relegated to do this stuff, MS painted this: http://i.imgur.com/mXewa.png

Yes, I am an artist, also they are coloured according to class :)

Breakfast Topic: Do character naming schemes help you or confuse you? {WoW}

Feb 19th 2011 8:36AM And because theres no edit button - I still get called by the name of my shaman who I haven't played since Ulduar - Rynnie.

Breakfast Topic: Do character naming schemes help you or confuse you? {WoW}

Feb 19th 2011 8:35AM I use a french theme for my names. It started with Pamplemousse for my mage, and then Cadeaux, Cimetiere (spelling is a little off), Gateau, Souris, and Hibou.

I think I'm the only one in my guild who uses a naming theme.

Breakfast Topic: How do you cope with muggles who don't "get" WoW? {WoW}

Jan 27th 2011 9:12AM Sweeping generalizations for the lose, good sir or madam.

When you've moved out, work, go to school full time, keep up on your own apartment by yourself, work out, and play the game, and your parent STILL harasses you about playing WoW because it's "silly" and they don't understand it, it's different.

She harassed me when I was still living at home too, no matter how much house work I did, or working out. (And I would do a lot, including cooking dinner before my 6pm-1am shift, so she would have some when she got home from work at 4:30). You don't know everyone's situations, so I don't think you should make large assumptions like that.

Breakfast Topic: Could you possibly be more excited for the Lunar Festival? {WoW}

Jan 20th 2011 8:59AM There are so many hyphens in that post its kind of scary. So, so many.

On topic though, I can't bring myself to running around the world honoring any elders, except for little Ezra in Thunderbluff. I don't do the holiday, but every year I go to honor that little boy.

Breakfast Topic: What WoW figure do you want on your desert island? {WoW}

Jan 13th 2011 8:51AM "Any male who chooses another male for companionship on a deserted island... well... you've gone too far into WoW nerdness to be saved."

As opposed to some one who flagrantly is like "She's a girl, did I mention she's a girl? Also she's a girl. I'm totally straight and not a nerd guys.

....I LIKE GIRLS."

Breakfast Topic: Breakfasts and topics {WoW}

Jan 12th 2011 10:08AM It depends on the day - if it's a weekday morning and I don't have much time, it's a whole wheat bagel with a little cream cheese and a coffee.

On the weekends it's generally whole wheat toast with a poached egg. Just one. With a runny yolk. All. Over. The toast.

Mm.

WoW Moviewatch: Play Your Class {WoW}

Jan 11th 2011 12:06PM I..I love this. I feel bad. The singing isn't the best. But I love the song to begin with (Pink's version.) The song itself is fun, so that helps a lot.

Breakfast Topic: Who's the most unlikely WoW player you've met? {WoW}

Jan 7th 2011 10:47AM The one that first comes to my mind is the plastic surgeon in my old alliance guild who 5-boxes shaman. Among other things.

There was also a 60-something grandfather I used to play with, and he was one wicked Rogue.
