WoW Rookie: More Cataclysm changes for leveling players {WoW}

Apr 15th 2010 6:58PM Just a note, Tree of life isn't the 51-point resto talent, it's Wild Growth. Tree of Life and Imp. Tree of Life are the 40 point talents.

Hunters discover "new" Worgen pet {WoW}

Jul 4th 2009 3:32PM If you tame them, what pet family/tree do they adopt?

My hunter is way past this and can't do it, but just curious.

Mar 26th 2009 12:39PM Is it just me, or does every WoW-er seem to listen to crap music? Or, personal tastes aside, think that their current favorite rap/rock-band-of-the-moment's music is appropriate for the WoW atmosphere. Sorry, it just doesn't work.

That and the crappy Euro House crap on most of the other videos out there.

Choose some better music and your video would probably take on a little more "epic" appeal.

The Queue: Legendaries are for suckers {WoW}

Feb 4th 2009 7:45PM To AyaJulia:

The absolute best place to level a pet is in eastern Storm Peaks on the Seething Revenants. Since respeccing to SV I've had to grab and level 4 different pets to test them at 80 and I did it all there.

The respawn rate is ridiculous, even with plenty of others farming in the area. I've had times where a mob respawns in the same spot five times in a row, one after the other (probably some bad math on Blizzard's part).

Also, each revenant gives about 1100XP and they also drop Relics of Ulduar and Crystallized fire like nobody's business. Sell those in the AH (turned into eternal fire) and you will actually make money by leveling your pet.

Good luck, happy grinding.

Breakfast Topic: Calling it quits {WoW}

Jan 2nd 2009 10:18AM When raiding with the guild, I leave it strictly up to the GM to call.

When in a PuG, it all depends on the nature of the wipes and if each of the following attempts everyone tries to improve upon or try something different.

If some or part of the group refuses to listen or figure out what is going wrong: right-click, leave party.

WoW Rookie: Metagaming for newbies {WoW}

Dec 31st 2008 7:00PM My god, that first paragraph just described my descent into a non-casual WoW player ... and I love it.

I spent most of my morning, before work, tweaking the nuances of my hunter gear for the evening's Naxx raid. Seriously, it's a sickness, but a great one to have.

Keep on keepin' on WoWInsider.

Dec 22nd 2008 5:03PM I agree with most of the above posters. Amanda is arrogant, rude and not that impressive. After listening to her talk and then reading her post about being "offended" by the lame joke again, her hypocrisy is through the roof.

She's terrible and doesn't contribute much to the conversation. Please have her on less. Thanks.

3 or 4 badges easy. And bonus if you're a skinner...dragonkin galore.
