Tips for hard mode:
To be honest, we had no problems on the hard mode of Icehowl (where you don't GET a speed buff) to get out of his way. If you start moving its not an issue. You just have to pay attention.
Also, you MUST dps both of the worms at the same time; the enrage will #&*@ your tank (I am my guilds Main Tank, a protadin).
For Icehowl, just tank him as usual.
For Gormok, 2 stack maximum. Tell the other tank to taunt when you have 24-21 seconds left on your 2nd stack of impale, and taunt off when your stack is gone right away.

Jul 17th 2009 3:29PM Not wasted itemisation, and not to be contradictory to your comment, but tankadins are probably the worst tanks for hit. Most of their attacks aren't based off of it. Warriors, on the other hand...

During today’s maintenance, we implemented some network improvements to a certain number of realms, listed below. Unfortunately, this caused an unforeseen connection error which took time to identify and fix. We have resolved the initial issues that were affecting these realms, but still need to complete the regular procedure of maintenance, including this week’s patch. We currently have no estimate on when these realms will be available for play but will provide another update by approximately 7:30pm PDT. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Feb 18th 2009 7:15PM I expect a flurry of QQ over the 40% nerf, but I don't think it will be so bad. They're buffing the talents, but we'll have to wait and see if it will be close to making up for it. I'm just thinking that this is just making replenishment more of a necessity than it already is, which isn't needed. Sure 3 classes can bring it to the raid, but even then I feel as if this could reinforce the "bring the class nomatterwhat, but try to get a good player behind it too" idea that was BC. We'll just have to wait and see..
Feb 7th 2009 10:07PM I think (and I think that this has been talked about before) that Blizzard should show a message on your screen upon zoning in for confirmation of you becoming saved to the heroic/raid. This would prevent all of these occurrences.
And as a side note, I voted that instances should reset daily, to help my bad luck on drops via Vault runs =)
Feb 4th 2009 2:08PM Well it seems as if Blizzard is finally starting to fix some of the problems. That just leaves the 25 man latency (which they said was already fixed!) I mean not to QQ but only to point out that it isn't like their track record is perfect here.
