Also, you sound like you really hate the blood elves, as if they personally did something to you. This makes me sad as you not only have literally no clue what you're talking about (Since apparently kael's closest followers are, according to you, all blood elves).
Maybe you shouldn't be so angry at a fictional race? It seems like misplaced anger to me.

Betraying the alliance?? Have you EVER played WC3? Do you have any idea what you're talking about? Joining the burning legion?? That was a TINY fraction of people!
Please, go read up on your lore before you make more absurd statements.
Nov 24th 2008 1:33PM Some of you people talk a lot of crap about blood elves, so much so that it gives me the distinct impression that you have never played the race or don't know the first thing about them.
Blood Elf paladins, regardless of their methods, are selfless. They do this, and you learn this through the quests, first and foremost to serve their people.
They are not arrogant in the same way you guys seem to think. Some of you guys sound pretty bigoted about a fictional race. Why all the hate? What did the blood elves ever do to you? If any of you have ever played a blood elf paladin you wouldn't be saying some of the stuff you're saying now.
It's actually a bit shocking. If Lady Liadrin, the one person most bitter towards the light and possibly the most arrogant, can ask for forgiveness and feels that she needs to correct the wrongs she's done (did you see the end of the Sunwell? Do your homework before blathering, please) I think most other, NORMAL blood elf paladins will feel the same if not worse.
Do you guys think that blood elves are born arrogant? That they're raised to be snotty? Is that all they are? No redeeming qualities? After all, humans killed the people who rebuilt stormwind after cheating them out of their money, but no one is accusing humans of being a bunch of jerks AS A RACE.
It's a shame for lore reasons that some people only want to see the negative without ever seeing the positive. I suppose some people like being short-sighted and narrow-minded.

Nov 3rd 2008 7:36AM You can't "expel" the ambassador because he wasn't an ambassador. He was THE military leader of the Alliance. And it wasn't a barely token force that they sent over. They sent Alleria Windrunner over and her rangers. While it isn't all of Silvermoon going there, I certainly wouldn't call a Windrunner and her rangers "a barely token force".
The Alliance didn't get along with the Elves and vice-versa, but they did kick them when they were down. The Alliance isn't bad, but the Elves sure don't have any reason to think that.
Oct 28th 2008 11:14AM Sean, have you played The Fronzen Throne? The Elves were giving ALL they had to the alliance, and were STILL treated absolutely terribly. I mean, literally awful. Go play.
Oct 27th 2008 10:45AM Yeah, the Wiki articles all mostly paint the blood elves like some neo-nazi racists, who hate everybody and are all crazy. Most of these quotes come from the WC RPG books and those mostly refer to Kael's blood elves.
Is there someone that's going to edit some of that? The blood elf articles make the blood elves all look like angry, shallow, emo teens.
