Jul 6th 2010 9:39AM You might be number one in your guild now, but think of you friends who helped you along the way. They gave up their time and effort to help you get as geared as you are.
It would be a pretty low act to leave them after this. Raiding is a team effort; it's not all about you and it's not all about the winning the damage meter.
As long as you are all having fun... what else is there?
You said yourself they are your friends. You should act like a friend yourself.

Dec 15th 2008 4:31PM WoW is a consequence free environment. As such, it can often expose those weak cowards who would prey on other people for amusement or advantage.
Loot ninjas, those who mine a node you are fighting on top of, the "it's only a game" crowd, and crafter pirates like this Blacksmith... all just in it for themselves because there are really no lasting consequences for their actions.
You can see this any day of the week in the global chat channels. The worst are those who try to defend taking advantage of- or flat out stealing from- other people.
Nov 29th 2008 12:18AM The most annoying mob I have found is undoubtedly the Runed Giants in the Grizzly Hills. The debuff they stack up on you is a killer! Even after I figured out a way to kite them a little with Chains of Ice - I still showed them a healthy respect :)
