The Queue: Da bears {WoW}

Nov 7th 2010 5:22PM Well, my main is a Rogue. The mainstay of it's raiding career is DPS and the occasional stop of DPS. I play an alt prot warrior and discipline priest and resto shaman. I'd like to say knowing every roll in every raid is the sign of a good raider. It's flattering that you'd think my question over DPS is a sign of a quality WoW player.

The Queue: Da bears {WoW}

Nov 7th 2010 3:23PM I haven's seen this answered or asked, so please excuse me if it has. I haven't been able to find anywhere talking about DPS numbers on beta at 85.

I wanted to know what the average DPS looks like in the Cataclysm raids/dungeons. Like right now, for instance, 10k+ in ICC is usually the average for my guild in 264/277 gear. In BC (Sunwell/T6) 2k+ was the average. How are things looking now? Additionally, at the end of Cataclsym, Do you think we'll see tier 13/14 DPS multiplied like the 2-3k-ish Naxx DPS was? My mind goes racing! If beginning raid DPS in LK was multiplied from 2k to the end of expansion 10k (and 4.0.1's 15k) One could assume that the 10k we do now gets multiplied 5 times and eventually we're doing 50,000 damage every second! Please put my mind at ease WoWInsider!!! TYVM!

Call for Submissions: Pitch us your big idea {WoW}

Aug 27th 2010 3:53PM I'm not going to write a column, but a great idea for one is things you can do to prepare for your new goblin/worgen! Thoughts?

The Queue: A trip down memory lane {WoW}

Nov 11th 2009 12:52PM So after seeing this "Trip Down Memory Lane," headline, I was hoping it had something to do with the fabled "Patches of Yesteryear" column. Please, get someone to do it, or I will. Either way, thanks for the nostalgia ;)

Tom Chilton talks about the in-game pet store {WoW}

Nov 10th 2009 9:10PM Well, I've been reading wow/wowinsider.com for quite some time and I can only recall the instance being mentioned twice. I didn't say that wow.com has NEVER have mentioned, I just said that they got solid recognition.

Your comment basically read:

"I'm a troll and I'm going to to be rude because I saw someone say something I don't agree with. I'm also going to be elitest because I've known about The Instance for 3+ years and I'm not going to take into account that wow.com is read by a varying amount of players from the hardcore raiders that have every podcast memorized and those that don't even know what a podcast is. I'm now going to say something nice at the end to deter other readers from my nonsensical douchebaggery."

Breakfast Topic: How to be realm-famous {WoW}

Oct 8th 2009 11:22AM Of the two realms I've mainly played on Yuk on Whisperwind - US has got to be the most famous. I haven't played on WW since way before LK but Yuk was awesome. He started world pvp days on a pve server and got everyone involved. Hundreds of people in every zone.. Most of my memories of that server were thanks to yuk.

Searching for the most popular server {WoW}

Oct 4th 2009 1:11AM I could see that. I've been here (or there) since the servers original launch as well. It shows from some guilds being successful for short times and then others. I think you really have to take into account the slight elitism of these good players. I've noticed that they try to one up each other. Most of my experience here is Alliance side, so other than scuttlebutt and reading the gloating on the forums, I can't really speak for the Horde.
