Aug 13th 2011 2:54PM The point is that the Throne of the Four Winds was not in Azeroth prior to the Cataclysm. Until Deathwing broke the world the elemental planes were forcibly separate from the material plane.
As to the second part, I don't know, but I imagine they're immovable due to the KYL on multidimensional-ness (http://wow.joystiq.com/2011/05/29/know-your-lore-the-warcraft-cosmos-part-two-multi-dimensional/#continued).

Jun 21st 2011 11:29AM Questions on absorption and mitigation.
1. If a player has multiple absorption buffs (for example, if the player had the shield from the Blood DK mastery, a PW:S and a Divine Aegis), how does the game handle that? Do they stack?
2. Does mitigation happen before or after an absorption effect takes place? What about mitigation buffs like Inspiration?
Jun 18th 2011 1:46PM Q for the Queue,
Are Deathwing or the Old Gods (so Deathwing by proxy) affiliated with Sargeras?
In the Twilight Highlands, Deathwing states that "all order must end in chaos;" a very Sargeras-y thing to say.
Jan 5th 2011 7:40PM Those are all references to ancient egyptian mythology. I'm not sure about Ammunae, but Isiset is probably Isis, egyptian godess of magic, Rajh is probably Ra, egyptian sun god, and Setesh is Set, the egyptian god of chaos.
