Aug 20th 2009 12:02PM Yeah, but even with customization options being added, I think they keep going forward because nobody wants to spend months and months and months on the same content... gotta have something new every once in a while or all the QQers will quit and go to Warhammer (lol)... but customization is good. If I had the choice, I would devote a whole expansion to many customizable features, including graphical updates... which is where the arguments about people's computers comes in..
The main point is: That while it would be nice... it doesn't go with the lore or how the game was made.. the game focuses on the Horde and Alliance at each other's throats all the time, no matter what. Asking for neutral characters in the war-based world of warcraft is like asking for a flamethrower in Hello Kitty Online... see wat i mean, IT DOESNT FIT THE BILL. Although, I think Blizzard should highly regard finally implementing the housing option :) That portal in SW between Trade and Old Town was going to be used as the housing instance :P
Aug 20th 2009 11:54AM That's the thing with it though. Neutrality is not in lore and is not with the original idea of the game, but it would be nice because there are plenty cases where humans, orcs, or whoever have named themselves neutral. Why not just devote ourselves to the different factions? Examples would be Cenarion, Argent, etc. But maybe the thing with neutral characters is that they must raise their faction with all the races to be able to enter their appropriate cities... but neutrals can have a city of their own... It would be great for neutrals and it would work out. Bugs???? I dont think so.... neutrals could choose not to fight if your in the right faction, but if you alligned yourself, say with the bloodsail buccaneers or something. you could choose to fight both sides :) its a challenge i know, but its the player's choice... we are thinking about what the mass of players want.. not just one
Aug 20th 2009 8:54AM Robin, this would be a absolutely FANTASTIC idea on Blizzard's part. It would bring over many people to WoW, because it gives another side to the game.. one which I would definitely take part of. I think that giving the game these mechanics would be tough on all the game developers right now (as always), but these things could shoot WoW into the upper teen millions as far as the user count goes. i have played SWG for 4 years until they made the class changes to it (sux now).. I loved the idea of housing, being able to customize my house, the furniture system, the ability to hang weapons and armor on the wall, a really nice bazaar, artisan skills (especially the harvesting machines lol), and it would be a GREAT RP addition to allow players to become neutral... I know some racial speech problems would be gone when your neutral, and that can open up a whole lot for PvE'ers and RP'ers as far as things go... Think about it... Rping with a orc as a human, or questing with one :) SWG is great as far as mechanics go, and frankly I would still be subscribed if they would have kept that branched class system (idiots for taking it away)
Aug 16th 2009 8:52PM Great article; your true feelings really screamed at me through my monitor. As for your mother, I am sorry for your loss but happy that she is in a better place with no more cancer. :) I think the best thing about remembering a past loved one, especially one who was so close to you, is remembering the good times and all the times she and you laughed. :) So, in closure, I hope you and your family's memory of your mom will never fade, and her spirit will live on in your hearts until the end of your days. :)

Aug 4th 2009 3:50PM I have been waiting all day only to find a 4 hours extended time. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. We pay $15 a month to wait 24 hours of extended downtime. Like I said, this is stupid and unethical. Nobody takes a total of 16 hours to change hardware configurations on selected realms. Blizzard is one of the biggest gaming companies in the world and they dont even have their "A" team on the job. Blizzard Entertainment, I applaud you for failing yet again.
Jul 31st 2009 1:39AM Hey Adam, I got some questions:
* Whats a good rep to grind for as a fresh 80 Healadin (:P)
* Whats the deal with the big bomb inside the Skybreaker? Do they ever use it ? I wanna see that baby go boom!
* Im lookin for new professions, as a Healadin, any ideas what would benefit me the most? :)
* After the Wrathgate event, I noticed the dragons speaking in their own common tongue. Any ideas passed on to what they might be saying? Im hearing rumors its abouts Fordring being reborn. I also noticed a big flower over where his body is supposed to be
* Any clue if Blizzard will implement that other prison in Stormwind? Also, is there any lore behind it?
Jul 23rd 2009 12:56PM I really applaud Blizzard for making this idea happen, it would be freakin awesome if we saw our favorite game up on the big screen. They really have a FTW crew here and I have great faith that this movie will be great. All the people chosen are very good at what they do and made excellent movies.
@ AJ: Yes, I would love to see the in-game music. Perferably the login song, dragonblight, and others (Im 75 so i dont know about the other northrend zones yet ;) ). Also, I prefer Hans Zimmer, because I loved what he did with Pirates of the Caribbean. Great songs.
Oh and I might as well comment on the login screen music: Wonderful, awesome music! The song on there is so epic, it makes me feel as if Im the one sitting on that Charger, running through Dragonblight, judging my enemies and smackin' em with a axe. Best song I have ever heard in that type of music.
Anyways, before i babble too much. I think this is awesome!!!

When in a major city or an inn, you will be instantly logged out. But out in the world in other places, it always takes a set 20 seconds to logout.
