Jan 23rd 2010 8:26PM That would be a cool mount though eheheh
Jan 8th 2010 2:17AM Can you get a paypal account? You can link that to your bank...I don't remember of the Blizz store supports that or not, but that would be a good option for folks that don;t have credit cards.
Jan 8th 2010 2:16AM Exactly Richard...the cost savings of not having to spend the gazillion man hours to restore accounts is the savings that they get.
Jan 8th 2010 2:11AM Niether do I Tezz. Your account can get hacked without malware to figure out your password.
Jan 8th 2010 2:09AM that's the whole point of having the authenticator...if you didn't have to key it in, you wouldn't need to use the authenticator... IT folk have been using these for years. What I would like to see is the authenticator completely replacing the password, like how most IT systems that use these do it. I do think that the login then key in authenticator system is not very user friendly and pointless.
Jan 8th 2010 2:06AM I don;t know the mechanism that Apple uses for thier products, but most phones and similar devices allow you to dl it on your computer then upload the software when you sync your device. Again...don't know if the iPhone/iPod offers that option.
Jan 8th 2010 1:57AM Rather than making a desktop version, expand the list of compatible phones...especially smartphones. I was amazed to find that for the most part, Palm wasn't supported...one of the major smartphone makers. I also do not see any Android devices on the list. That would reduce the need for authenticators if there was better coverage for phones.
Nov 6th 2008 7:47PM It would be a nice break since i just lost my job :-D
Nov 6th 2008 7:45PM I wish i could have made it to blizzcon to get one...they are cool. They should rotate the location of blizzcon every year to give everyone a chance to make it.
