Sep 16th 2011 1:07PM Damn you, Basil. I hope no one on my server reads this. I've been making a killing for weeks with zero competition.
May 31st 2011 7:18PM Allison, as always, thanks for your comments. I found them to be insightful and entertaining! I, however, disagree that DK rune management is either boring or difficult. I have an 85 druid, warrior, and DK, and while I used to main tank on my warrior in BC days, I fell in love with my DK as soon as Wrath hit and have played him much more than my warrior ever since. I enjoy tanking more than any other role (its the attention it gets me), but I cannot and will not ever tank on my druid again unless some serious work goes into the spec. I would rather gouge my eyes out with a spoon than tank with a bear. The rotation is clunky, the abilities are gimped versions of what other tanks have, the animations are boring, the list goes on and on. To me, tanking with a warrior or DK is like using a well-oiled machine, fine crafted to do its job. Trying to tank with a bear, I feel like I am trying to shove a round peg in a square hole until my fingernails bleed.
May 20th 2011 10:23PM The fallacy that you base your comment on, Wellsee, is that because a glyph is listed for 300g, it must be selling for that much. It is my experience that I rarely move glyphs at that cost. People will pay 99g for a glyph much more often than they will pay 300g for one.
May 20th 2011 6:33PM I couldn't agree more. Thanks for the post. I often get hate whispers asking why I am "leaving hundreds of gold on the table" when I undercut my competition listing glyphs for 300g by listing them starting at 99g. Some people just don't understand economics!
