World of Warcraft 3.0.3 Patch notes {WoW}
Nov 7th 2008 12:56AM Want the best one...3.0.4 was ninja'd into the game on Thursday 6th November. Items which were NOT in the 3.0.3 patch notes, but which were listed online as being tested on the PTR's for patch 3.0.4 were hot-fixed onto the European Servers in a short maintenance between 06:30 - 08:00hrs CEST.
The only one I truly noticed was that my Vampiric Touch's healing bonus for party hs been reduced down from 25% with points in improvement, to 5%.
Questions is: What else did they do?
