Blizzard is in fact taking a much more active interest in the goings-on in public channels.
If word gets around that a GM could pop up at any moment and start handing out penalties for ToU violations, many (well, the less self-destructive) of the cretins will learn to keep their nonsense to themselves.
So, take heart and keep reporting. Maybe soon your realm will earn a visit from a GM armed with a righteous banhammer.
