Sep 27th 2011 1:04PM Tanks are easy to solve imo. Transforming item making a comeback Ala benny/Anthema. 1hnd tank mace that can turn into a 2hnd tank mace with a tanky proc. Or a 1hnd and shield combo that can be combined into a 2 hnd.
Or theres the atiish option of slightly different versions for each. Warrior and paly get a 1 hnd and maybe a shield. Dk and druids get a 2 hnd mace with either str or agi.
Aug 5th 2011 9:45AM If your healers are haveing trouble toping tanks off after decimation blade (it can still be tricky on the early decimation blades before healers have alot of stacks) we found it usefull to have the DB eater take the first swing, the MT take the 2nd, and the DB eater the 3rd. as a warrior, i use Last stand to get the needed HP for that first round of swings when my stacks are not high enough yet. this also helps with healer cooldown conservation and mana conservation.
also, we found that it is a major help to have the soak tank take over at around 30%. stacks will be low, so he wont take even half the damage the MT was takeing, but your healers stacks will still be high. This means if your healers mana is running low, they can keep him up with even thier cheapest heals. The MT just needs to soak the inferno blades since its damage scales with balerocs stacks, not the tanks.
Jun 8th 2011 2:06PM You will find it wont be that easy to put 15lbs of muscleon by october, the body can only build so much muscle in a period of time with out things like steroids. You may get some major newbie gains, but alot of the early strength gains you make will come from your body learning to do the excercise properly. Also, KB isnt known for bulking, its great for strength, power and conditioning though.
That being said, check out reddit.com/r/fitness, its a great community, there is also /r/kettlebells, but its a smaller group and not as active.
KBs are great though, but make sure you work on your form. Also, make sure you are doing RKC style, and none of the gillian michaels crap. she has horrible form and has no idea what she is doing with a kettlebell, in fact the majority of those recent kettle bell packages teach you improper use of a KB. Check out pavel tsatsouline and "enter the kettle bell" for how to properly use a KB.

Apr 27th 2009 2:19PM frost is the only tree in which it is worth while to be in unholy presence as it gives you the chance to use more frost strikes. its the only spec that additional GCD are beneficial over the 10% damage increase of blood
Apr 27th 2009 2:15PM the icy touch sigil is not the best sigil for frost any longer. it was top when you could spam IT for massive dps, but since they nerfed that rptation into the ground, you will only use one IT per rotation, which means like every other spec, the sigil of awareness out scales it.
Apr 27th 2009 2:11PM for your dps section, in unholy you posted about the 0/10/61 build, but you failed to mention that this build is only the best unholy choice if you have BIS from nax or ulduar gear. untill that point, you are better off useing a 12/0/59 build, and this has been discussed ad nausium on elitest jerks. and at that, you will not see the major dps increase untill you start filling in with gear from ulduar that will scale that 10% shadow damage bonus.
Apr 27th 2009 2:08PM while all three trees are capable of tanking and there is no official tanking tree, most tanks go frost because it offers the most mitigation talents after the 5/5/5 required points for any tank.
you get fridged dread plate, another 3% avoidance, improved frost presence for another static 2% damage reduction, unbreakable armor, and acclimation for magic damage. it use to also give you lichborn evaison as a bonus which is why it gained the most popularity in the first place. on top of this, it still has very respectable aoe threat capabilities, which are much better than bloods, but no quite as good as unholy's. and dont forget that you are also picking up icy talons if you drop some points from the blood tree, which reduces the targets attack speed. yes this can be applied by other classes as well, but you may not always have one of those other classes dpsing your target to put it up at all times.
the other trees are good for thier respective abilites, but i would say most consider the frost bonuses the most attractive.
Apr 27th 2009 1:58PM wrong, you do not sit in unholy stance as unholy spec, if you do, you are fail. unholy dose not use its resources fast enough to warrent the need for additional global cooldowns to get more attacks in. rather, if you use unholy presence, you will have wasted global cooldowns. you will get more from bloods 10% damage increase then from unholy presences bonuses even with IUP. try reading elitestjerks some time.
the reason for picking up IUP is higly debated since it was changed from being an aura, there is no definitve answer any longer, but the school of thought on it being worth while is that it makes it easier to get in and out of bad situations quicker, which can increase your dps up time and survivability, as well as that you can stay on the targets more frequently in movement fights, with out needing the speed boost to boots which lets you pick up 32 AP or icewalker depending on your hit situation.
Apr 10th 2009 4:02PM pretty sure hes the one that ninja'd ashes of alar when some one else won the roll too just because he felt entailed to them as the organizer of the raid.
