Aug 11th 2009 8:26PM Simple, Noobs wont stand a chance against some of thoose bosses on the list. Give the bosses one ability from their original encounter and they would wipe. Give Illidan Shear and a noob tank would die. Give Archimonde doomfire and the whole group would be dead in 5 secs. Give Entropius his shadow aura and yeah... anyone that has done him pre 3.0 knows what...
some of thoose skills are killers if not handled right, something most bad-/less skilled players cant handel on the run. OFC, if this is based on achivments, its no problem, bad players will see 3-4 bosses of the total 23.
I see this as a way for non raiding players to experience the sice and looks of end-dungeon bosses and bosses that raiders talk about in real time, not just pictures on a forum or Wowhead. Its a way for Blizzard to show the old content to new players without having them go back to old zones and kill the bosses with real strats.
so all in all, i like how the fight is done, not to hard, no need to remember 23 diffrent strats at a time (lol Hogger and VanCleef).
Jun 21st 2009 8:50AM Well, there was a statement that Ulduar will include 800 items, at a item level range of 219-254, so we have yet to see any item level higher then 239 :) Yogg-Alone 25-men havnt been done yet ;)
