More teasing from the Blues, this time about phasing {WoW}

Apr 8th 2009 8:00PM psh, we all know the maelstrom/south seas is the next expac, c'mon, swimming mounts, longer underwater breathing and all the clam hoo-ha, it's so obvious

Hearthstones down to 30 minute cooldown in patch 3.1 {WoW}

Feb 26th 2009 10:54PM @Chris

Yeah, Inscription is quite handy, all in all, just saying that someone griping that this change will ruin their plan to make money via scrolls of recall is quite pathetic really, as they are either just looking for something, anything, to complain about, or don't know their own profession well enough to realize that it wouldn't work anyway.

Hearthstones down to 30 minute cooldown in patch 3.1 {WoW}

Feb 26th 2009 10:19PM The thing about recall scrolls is that anyone who can use them can make them easily themselves, since they're inscriber only.

Just like the engineering trap, it'd be great if the stuff you can make could actually be used by people.

Hearthstones down to 30 minute cooldown in patch 3.1 {WoW}

Feb 26th 2009 10:12PM I don't get it, they shorten the hearthstone to half an hour, you'd think people would be happy to save a little time here and there but NO! It's all "QQ the game is too easy nao! waa waa" come on people, it's just a shortened cooldown, not game breaking stuff.

It's not like they made it that you could hire NPCs to fill out the ranks on a raid missing a few or something, lol.

Major Ulduar testing news: PTR soon, not all bosses available {WoW}

Feb 17th 2009 5:06PM Nothing wrong with raiders getting it all planned out ahead of time before the patch hits, but man, I think we're all getting sick of hearing how there isn't enough end game content. From how much they whine, you'd think they all sit around doing nothing but play... Kinda hard for Blizz to keep enough engaging end game stuff coming when it's already been beaten and is old hat before it hits live. PTRs should be more restricted, as they are right now it's just a way for the hard core players to get bored with the content faster, and for the noobs to have an 80 for a few weeks (we've all seen it on there "zomg look at meh! I have all epix! I R so leet!")

Ask Twitter: What's the fastest class to level? {WoW}

Jan 22nd 2009 7:03PM Mages do have good AoE, but due to their major drawback of wearing cloth, there are certain things they cannot AoE grind that a hunter or paladin could. I will say though, mages are much nicer now that they've changed the pushback-while-casting mechanic. Also, on the topic of food, having to take the time to summon it every time you log in is, in the long run, slower than jsut buying a few stacks whenever you hearth. In today's mana-regen heaven game of warcraft, there really aren't any classes who have to sit and drink much.

Mages also do better on PvP servers, it seems, but on a PvE, the hunter is still leveling king.

Ask Twitter: What's the fastest class to level? {WoW}

Jan 22nd 2009 6:18PM The time mages "save" portalling around and making their own food doesn't even come close to the amount of time they lose by having to stop to eat and drink said food and water.

Having every class to 70+, I'd say hunter/prot pally/feral druid are the fastest I've had.

No account-wide DKs just yet (for some) {WoW}

Jan 20th 2009 8:39PM Galakrond is less than 3 months old, as such you can't transfer to it, as such you can't make a DK there without having a 55+ toon already. Wish they had some flag in the server selection list for ones that were too young for transfers and DKs, would be less confusing for people.

No account-wide DKs just yet (for some) {WoW}

Jan 20th 2009 8:14PM Grizzly Hill is a new server, they've said from day one that you won't ever be able to make DKs without a 55 on servers that aren't open to transfers yet.

Dual specs and the importance (or not) of saving gold {WoW}

Jan 19th 2009 4:01PM ' "one class who wears plate, mail, leather and cloth, can equip every weapon in the game and can tank, heal and DPS all at the same time."

I think thats a pally :) '

ever seen a pally with a dagger or staff? uh... no
