The Queue: Go away, meteor head {WoW}

May 22nd 2011 6:47PM What happened to the KeyRing on the PTR?? I have all my keys on my bags, no sign of the keyring. Is it a Bug or it's intentional??

The Queue: What a wreck {WoW}

Mar 8th 2011 3:36PM Hi

Being a Tech-Freak myself, I was wondering if there was some sort o registry, archive or place were you can see the graphics enhancements that WOW has been suffered through the years (not the evident ones like water, but the non official, like the spell efects, textures, etc). Some place with comparisons, before and after, etc.

The Queue: Getting ready for heroics edition {WoW}

Sep 23rd 2010 8:09AM Hi

Has anyone noticed that the new water effects (even when set to max) are a whole different thing that what we saw at the Cataclysm trailer and in last year blizzcon??(At least at the PTR as I've seen so far). Where are the waves at the coast line? Where are those reflections?? Maybe its still bugged? Perhaps I'm missing some console hidden setting?

Aug 27th 2010 11:40PM I don't know what are you talking about. Where can i listen to that? I'm deeple interested in that matter.

About people saying my question was so ignorant, I have to say in my defense that while the relation between Ulduar and constructs is obvious, I thought that the Theme I mentioned was going to play in IronForge. And, I really believe that Ironforge (and dwarf in general) have to show a national theme rather than a Titan inspired one. But, as a I said before, Blizzard seems to use the music in a different way that the tipical Leit Motiv used in movies.

Again, I do care about lore. And because of that care, there is my question.

Aug 27th 2010 3:14PM Well, I do care about lore. You should see that I even hear the music, and listen it as a way to make the whole story more compelling.

My question was made because when I heard that epic music, It feels to my like titans themselves. And I thought that Titans, while related to dwarfs (constructors), are not that close. Hell, they´re sharing the same music theme.

It's something like vrykul theme, wich in the end of WOTLK blizzard used in ICC in situations not related at all with the vrykul (Ship battle). It's just that I feel music like a Leit Motiv in a way that you can make a relation between a music theme and a idea, caracther, etc (e.g: Fellowship theme in LOTR, or The Force theme in StarWars).

I Enjoy the lore, as it is what keeps me playing WoW.

Aug 26th 2010 7:39PM I got a question here. I've been listening to the Cataclysm Beta music released so far, and I've noticed that the theme "Dark Ironforge", wich also is present at the "Shatering" (AKA Loggin screen music), it´s originally played in Ulduar, in the Antechamber. I don´t know where it sounds in the beta (it´s the new music implemented in the game already?), but it seems to me like they are linking the theme to the Dwarf race. Why?? I don´t see the relation between dwarfs and ulduar (aside Brann was it´s discoverer). Please, put in your thoughts!!!

PS: Sorry for my poor english.

WoW Moviewatch: For the Horde: The Final Journey {WoW}

Aug 11th 2010 2:22PM I don´t understand why the entire video is sow low on Textures and FPS. With such a poor quality, it doesn´t deserve a place in this article series.

Breakfast Topic: A love letter to WoW's texture artists {WoW}

May 19th 2010 4:51PM Anyone noticed the new textures on the stone walls of Stormwind since Patch 3.3?? They look cartoony as the ones in Northrend. Just Amazing. !!

Mar 4th 2010 9:55AM Here in Spain the novels are out of stock, and Arthas has not come yet (wonder if it will).

I have the manga and the comics (ashbringer and varian's). I LOVE the lore, so I wish Blizzard make a move to the publisher here in Spain so that the novels would be re-edited or something.

Saludos a todos!
