Feb 15th 2012 10:04AM i had this really witty thing i was going to say and then I got distracted. I would have been that one perfect and original thing i could say every time there was a contest, but I forgot it. Oh well.
Jan 21st 2012 11:33AM I've won twice. I won the Booty Bay tourney back during BC, long before people did it for achievements. I was on a fishing kick and thought it would be fun to try and win, which I did and got the fishing pole.
I did the Kaluak derby a few months ago and got the ring. I don't think a lot of people do that one so it was less of a feat than the BB tourney. But I won and got the ring.
I'd like to try and win both again for the fish trinket and the boots...and bragging rights.

Mar 5th 2011 6:25PM For Shaman I would like to see something like Mana Tide but for healing. You toss it down and it does a significant amount of healing to the raid/party for a short duration with a long cooldown. It could be AoE healing like Healing Stream Totem/Healing Rain or it could be a single target cooldown like Guardian Spirit.
With the changes to Tranquility that have been datamined, the reduced cooldown may take care of a lot of needs. But Barkskin and Thorns ar eboth good spells to see buffs for Resto Druids.
I think both classes could greatly benefit from a revamp of Nature's Swiftness, or at least some synergy between it and other talents.
Feb 18th 2011 2:59AM It isn't that major of a misrepresentation but on the first episode of USA Network's new show Fairly Legal the main character's assistant is shown playing WoW at his desk. He is in Wintergrasp, in a Demolisher, destroying one of the Southern towers. All is fine and dandy, he even explains how even as defense you need to be offensive (destroying towers while defending) but then, IT HAPPENS! He paused the game...
Take a moment, I'll say it again. He paused the game, concluded the conversation with his boss and then unpaused the game and continued assaulting the tower.
It really bothers me when shows use WoW as a plot point and then do it incorrectly.
In regards to that episode of Big Bang Theory, what a horrendous thing to say about WoW. I'm surprised Blizzard didn't get upset about that.
