Nov 12th 2008 12:06AM So they kept servers down all because people couldn't get their mail? I'm sure we could have enjoyed our last day in TBC while they resolved the problem....
Nov 11th 2008 11:20PM Downtime as unfortunate as it is, is to be expected. The outrage in the community seems a little over zealous IMO. Of course we pay for a service but just like any other service with humans involved, human error is bound to crop up...just because we pay 14.99/month (or whatever payment plan you are on) doesn't mean we have some sort of inalienable, god-given right to be able to play a game 24/7/365 without interruption.
Of course it's frustrating, I'm frustrated too. Like many people I was planning on doing some last minute preparations, leveling, farming, one last BC raid for "hurrahs", etc.... but I suppose that isn't going to happen. The timing of this is unfortunate, but seriously people, there's a lot more important things to life then being able to play a game all day long whenever you want. Take some time to fined something tangible to enjoy - one of these days WoW will be gone and you'll have nothing to show for it....so seriously, calm down! When it's back fantastic! We'll all get back to having some fun....until then, there's something else you can do....
Nov 11th 2008 2:55PM Just saw you post about the same thing.....so where is Arthas now then, somewhere in the desert of...Sithilus or Tanaris?
Nov 11th 2008 2:29PM Look's like Arthas took a page out of Jacob/Ben/Locke's book and moved the island..... ;)
