Jun 14th 2010 4:59PM Once Cataclysm releases will we be able to gain XP from level 80 raids? I started in BC and wasn't raiding on my lvl 70 Druid when Wrath came out.

Spiritual Guidance: Troubleshooting your DPS {WoW}

May 27th 2010 1:45PM DPSTime is an excellent add-on if you have latency issues to see how much time you are wasting between casts. I have about 250ms latency and have found that with the default castbar I had issues clipping the GCD or casting late. I installed Quartz and DPSTime and am queueing my casts and have improved my DPS by about 15%. Set Quartz to show your latency and a sprite for the GCD, monitory your cast delays in DPSTime, and don't be afraid to spam your cast keybinds constantly to keep your casts going.

May 14th 2010 6:19PM This issue will only occur at odd levels where there is an even number of talent points to spend. In the case of a level 85 character spending their 76 talent points they could be spread 38/38/0 or any mix where 2 trees have the same number of points allocated and is a higher allocation than the remaining tree. I can see two possible solutions to how this will be resolved.
1) Neither tree is awarded mastery bonuses. Not likely but possible.
2) Trees have a priority or order in which they are evaluated for application of mastery bonus. This would possibly be a left to right reading order of the trees as displayed in the UI. i.e.
if talents.tree1.count >= talents.tree2.count && talents.tree1.count >= talents.tree3.count then talents.tree1.applyMastery()
elseif talents.tree2.count >= talents.tree3.count then talents.tree2.applyMastery()
else talents.tree3.applyMastery()
